Miles is professional and knowledgeable, curious. Very helpful 👍
Todd was a professional explaining the options and how the company manages prevention.
We have used Pure Pest for over 20 years. (They were Antimite initially, but are now Pure Pest.) Our technician is Chuck and he does a thorough, skillful, and careful job. He is careful not to spray on delicate materials. He always asks if there are any problems that need to be addressed. The office always calls…
Todd gave thorough explanations of what he was doing and why. His extensive knowledge of “pests” and his commitment to address my concerns have earned my trust
I have had Pure Pest for almost 10 years and I’m very happy with them. I have trusted them with their thorough inspections and they take care of any pest related issues that come up. Thank you to Miles for taking great care of our home!
Todd was great, and friendly and very professional, came back to finish spray inside, was raining, and gave our 2 dogs treats, I thought that was very nice, I highly recommend this company !!

Jason is absolutely wonderful. I appreciate his expertise, courtesy, & kindness.
Happened to chat with a field technician(Miles) who was at my neighbors house wrapping up an appointment. He was nice enough to give me some insight on what options Pure Pest could offer regarding a vole/mole situation I was dealing with in my yard. I then went inside and called the main office(super nice lady who…
We’ve been using Pure Pest for years and have always received wonderful service! Todd was fantastic—he not only helped us resolve our mouse problem but also took the time to identify a few other potential issues. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and incredibly helpful. We highly recommend Todd and the Pure Pest team!

Eric is so knowledgeable, punctual, thorough, and kind. He always does a great job. I’ve used this company for over a decade and would recommend to anyone.
Miles & all the other inspectors have done a great job. They are professional, friendly & trustworthy. I would highly recommend them to others.
The home visit was good with a personable and knowledgeable technician, which is a huge benefit when you’re under stress from an infestation (mice in this case). The appointment was easy to make and happened quickly, another benefit. Time will tell if the treatment works well. I appreciated not being oversold on things I didn’t need or want.
Chuck has been my bug/ mouse guy for a couple of years at least. Professional, efficient and an overall nice guy.
Miles is very professional & cordial. He thoroughly inspects & sprays to protect against insects around my home. Miles also answers my questions politely. Thank you for assigning Miles to take care of my property. Great job!
John is so polite and always gets the job done.
Clint and Patrick are knowledgable communicators. They responded immediately and responsibly.
They are great to work with
We have been with this company for years and it is one of the best run companies we employ for our house. Their service professionals are SO NICE and friendly (Erik has been our specialist for a while), and they are incredibly prompt. We have a large yard and they are always so quick to respond. When we call for any…
Chuck is always professional, thorough, friendly, and a true listener. He is the best!!! Thank you so very much Chuck!
Myles is the best. So glad we have PurePest!
Todd was very helpful & all around great! He was able to come out the same day and address my issues! He was extremely helpful and thorough while inspecting and treating my home. He also was great with my dog, even had a bag of dog treats! I will be using them again in the future for any issues that may arise!
Todd is a great asset to this company. We have had a few “pests” at our home, and he comes each time to survey the situation and provide solutions to the problem. The choice I made to have an annual contract with Pure Pest was a decision I do NOT regret! They truly are great at keeping the pests outside!
Todd did a great job taking care of the property, was friendly and swift with his work today!
Eric, was great and knowledgeable about his job. He answered all our questions and went the extra mile to make sure our needs were met. Great service as usual.
Pure Pest continues to help us keep the myriad of critters that chew and tunnel and seek entry to our home, out! John and Aaron together secured the perimeter of our home placing boxes and moving boxes as needed and inspected inside to make sure no animals snuck in during this frigid winter season. We are thankful…
Great company to work with, I highly recommend.

Company showed up on time! Was straightforward and efficient:)
Rob was courteous and professional. He was on time and answered all my questions.
When we moved to the area we wanted to try a new company. Joe shmo wasn't cutting it at our old house so by no means we didn't want to use them at our new house. After careful consideration & research I decided to go with pure pest. Almost 600 5 star 🌟 reviews is nothing but remarkable these days. After using them…
