LOVE Eric! We called yesterday with a spider problem and he was able to come by the following morning. Always very friendly and helpful! He even helped me empty my vacuum that had two huge spiders in it. Above and beyond. We have been using Pure Pest for a few years and every one of their technicians have been very friendly.

My technician, Houston, is exceptional. Although our Pest problems were minor, since we began any issues we have experienced have been eliminated. Houston is always prompt, always courteous, and friendly. I genuinely enjoy his visits. The office personnel are also always helpful and always courteous.

Tanner was so respectful. I had many questions and he answered them with no problem and offered the best solutions for my situation. He didn’t just look up the answers like other companies do when they don’t know the answer. He was very knowledgeable. In my opinion this is a well trusted business and I highly recommend.

When Todd was here last time he didn’t have a ladder tall enough to reach some wasp nests in the peaks of my very tall roof. Jake was considerate and asked the right questions to assess the status of potential pests. Ranging from history, types of pests, quantity noticed, etc then used this information to appropriately apply the right service.

Tanner sprayed my apartment due to a couple unwelcome critters I found upon moving into my unit. He was very professional and informative of what he was doing and the results to expect.
