Dave, as usual, did a great job with our windows and screens.
Thank you so much, always appreciate you!
Exceptional service and on time appearance. Quality new screen product installed and excellent interior/exterior window washing. One of the few companies who bothered to reply to our inquiry and did not ghost us.
Thanks Daniel! It was a pleasure to meet you! We appreciate the kind words!
The windows are now sparkly clear. Great job!
Thank you so much!
We had a great experience with Pure Vision! We had window cleaning and pet screen installed. I'm especially impressed with the pet screen. Our dog is big enough that she wants to peak in at us from the backyard and the screen holds up really well! No punctures or scratches. And it's not so thick that it looks dark or anything. Perfect. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend! Thank you!
Thank you so much!
Ok… our windows had not been properly cleaned in over 5 years and our screens had been deteriorated by the sun. So I did a Google search and found Pure Vision. I was impressed by all their great reviews, filled out the online inquiry, received a text message later that day asking for details about our windows. I replied with the details and received both a text quote, then a formal written quote by email. I was a bit surprised by the price (was more expensive than I was expecting, but it did include replacing the screens), but I agreed to have Pure Vision do the work. I’ve always said price alone is meaningless. It’s not until you experience the product or service can you determine if it was a good value. The service we received was a great value. Pure Vision sent their employee, Cesar, to clean our windows and replace the screens. In one word, he was FANTASTIC! He was professional and his work, including screen replacements was impeccable. I was particularly impressed by the care he took in performing his work both outside and especially inside our house! Hands down, one of the best services we have ever purchased, and we’ve been in this house for 25 years. After the work was done, my wife and I said that we have to have Pure Vision clean our windows every year! Note: I’m normally a person who wants to get several quotes before I select a company to do work. This is one instance where I trusted my gut and all the other positive reviews and I’m glad I did!
Thank you Rob, really appreciate it!
Dave did an excellent Jon communicating in a very timely manner. Sent numerous reminders and the day of gave an exact time that Cesar was to arrive. Cesar was thorough, showing me what their equipment was and describing their filtration system. He showed me and then Dave sent me the before and after photos. Our panels looked great! Would not hesitate to recommend them. Their pricing was fair and competitive.
Thanks Patti!
