Mario performed our annual termite inspection on 1/6/26. He was very thorough going through the inside of our home looking for damage or activity. Luis Garcia came to perform our pest control service today. Since this was a new service we signed up for with Pure Defense, this was the first time I met Luis. To say that I was blown away by his professionalism and DETAIL to each aspect of his work would be an understatement!! This wasn’t one of those 15 minutes and they are gone service stops that I was use to with other companies. My next call will be to their district manager requesting (demanding) he be our permanent technician moving forward.

Ihad a fantastic experience with this pest control company! They helped remove wildlife from my property and also handled insulation work. From start to finish, their service was top-notch—very informative and professional.
Even when I had to wait on my roof to be ready for the next step, they were incredibly attentive, constantly checking in to see if I was ready for the service. The team was kind, respectful, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly.
Highly recommend them. Great people, great service!
I've called the company again to check my attic and Jason was at my house within an hour. Oustanding customer service.
