The owner, Ryan, came out to fix a clogged toilet. He was so nice and had a great sense of humor! Ryan was honest and did not price gouge! He didn’t try to talk us into services we didn’t need (or want) or upsell us on new products. It’s rare to find a business owner that is honest, hardworking, quick and… Read full review

I had a water emergency - and my home flooded within hours. I called PureFlo at 7 am the next morning and the repair to the toilet was completed by 11 am. They were there when I needed them most - on Easter weekend. I can't say enough about this company. Ryan was a blessing and so nice too! 5 STAR!

I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The initial call provided clear details about the issue and tenant contact, and everything was handled exactly as directed. The office and technician communicated well, calling and texting with an accurate ETA, and the repairman arrived right on time. Each visit,… Read full review

Jack from PureFlo plumbing provided very good and timely service and explained everything very clearly. He analyzed the problem and temporarily fixed the issue. Will be recommending a permanent solution as soon as possible as extensive changes may be needed.

They were able to schedule the job very quickly so I didn't have to wait long at all. This second time, Donald came to help with replacing a bathroom sink and adding a bidet to my… Read full review

Omg! I will only use PureFlo Plumbing for all my needs. I called a big Plumbing company in an emergency at night with a toliet back-up. Was told I needed a new sewer line. Was quoted $18,900 and they could start ASAP. I was referred to PureFlo for a second opinion. 2 hours later my problem was solved! A big Ole… Read full review
