I LOVE PURRADISE! I take all 3 of my cats here and will recommend it to all my friends with cats on island. They are always so sweet to my kittens and answer all my questions with so much knowledge and expertise. Everyone who works here is so kind and helpful, and the fact that it is cats only definitely helps (I love dogs, but they can definitely freak out the cats!). I also appreciate the cat costumes in the exam rooms…best part of every visit :)
Boarding here is also great! They sent photo updates and it made me so relieved to know my cat was in such good hands.

We have been taking our Cats there for over 20 years and had great service until Dr Eileen Lau took over the business. Long waits, lack of follow up, looking for every opportunity to charge you. Staff is not polite nor helpful. Layers of people with ‘Titles’ but No Service. Called for a refill prescription and they didn’t want to fill it because it was from Dr. Bader who quit along with Dr. Dean. Both were excellent! We do not recommend this place.

The change in environment here is sad. A year ago when I would come in, I would be greeted by smiling faces and warm personalities. Now, it’s completely changed. There is none of the same staff is there and the staff that is there is no where close to what it was. One of the newer nurses who has dark long hair is very cold and condescending when she speaks.
What happened to the old crew? Never a good thing when there is a turnover like that in any business. Shows desperation. I hope they can get some good nurses back so I feel comfortable coming there.

I was assured that my cat would be observed for 5-6 hours after 18 teeth extraction due to severe autoimmune gingivostomatitis.
In reality, 26 teeth were removed and cat was discharged 40 minutes after the procedure …..the clinic was closing…
I paid $3250 to take the cat home….bleeding and in pain.
Absolutely horrible experience. if you love you cat,never use this clinic NEVER

This is the BEST place to take your cats. They boarded both of my loved little ones for a week and would send pictures, videos, and updates every day. It really lifted my spirits while I was in the hospital. After bringing them home, I think they want to go back!

I am so grateful for a place on this island that specializes in cats. I have 2 cats that go here and I wouldn't dream of taking them anywhere else. Dr. Lau and her staff are amazing.

We've had our cats board here and the staff and Dr. Lau are so caring that it set my mind at ease knowing our furbabies were in good hands. They send daily pictures and updates, which is a thoughtful part of the service. The clinic is cat only, and they make the examination rooms cater to the cats with "comfort stations" with treats and costumes to take dress them up in and take pictures while you're waiting!

My Leo boy knows he's safe here. Everyone is so wonderful in keeping the human's anxiety down too 😅 The boarding service is so great, they'll send updates daily with pictures or videos.

This place only wants your money!! My cat needed flea medication and they would not sell me unless I paid for the annual visit. I found the medication without a prescription. It is ridiculous that you need a prescription for flea meds. I will no longer use this money hungry Vet. Anyone that is looking for flea medication go to CanadaVetExpress. Really helpful and prices are very reasonable.
