Mark was very friendly and thorough with our HVAC maintenance visit.
Great service and courteous technician.
Steve was very kind and knowledgeable. We were late to our house for the scheduled appointment but Steve waited for us to arrive. He diagnosed and repaired a problem the same day.
They made it right. Thank you
Mark H. visited today and went above and beyond to identify and fix an ongoing issue. Very grateful for his hard work and empathy!!
Stephen did a thorough job with our Fall Maintenance service! We appreciate PV HVAC having great service technicians!
Mark H is great. He has been to my house for maintenance and repairs twice and has always done a phenomenal job.
Excellent service as usual. I always recommend PV to anyone needing help with HVAC. Robert was very professional and friendly. Jarid was wondeful when he came for the annual furnace check-up.
I have using PV for over a decade. HVAC repairs and installs, plumbing and water heaters. Top notch everytime.
Excelent service and value
Customer service and the entire technical crew at PV Heating and Cooling are exceptional. Customer service responds to questions and service request promptly and at any hour day or night. . UPDATE 9/22/26: We called and asked for Leo per the response, couldn't get ahold of him, they said he would call us back. Still haven't heard anything. I'm not in their system because it's under my husband's name. Really wanted to like this place, we even paid for their maintenance membership but we've honestly…
On August 25, 2026...I had my AC replaced by this Wonderful Company. Cory Johnson was the first representative sent to my home... I was "so" excited about everything being offered that I cried! He did EVERYTHING to a "T" to make sure my home was cool and that my husband and myself were comfortable! He checked in on…
Prompt arrival during appointment window - actually toward the beginning of the window which was convenient (around noon on a 12-6 window). The tech thoroughly checked my ac/hvac unit based on my concerns. He even cleaned the AC unit outside where there were some spiders - brave guy! I signed up for the year plan…
Quick response, professional support and thorough communication. I am very pleased. I will definitely use PV Heating/Air/Plumbing again and would recommend them to my family and friends.
Scott was absolutely stellar and really came through in the clutch. I had called other HVAC outfits and they all gave estimates of Wednesday or later. Scott was at our home within 30 minutes after I got off the phone with Olivia. Scott was able to get us back up without a huge hit and our unit was in bad shape…
Had a great experience! Professional and competent! Would use again.
PV has been good to me with regular AC checkups and maintenance, but my experience with a recent water leak was handled amazingly by Devin. He was thorough, fair, and didn't stop until we uncovered the solution. Didn't oversell or overpromise, and hooked me up with a contractor the same day. PV plumbers know their stuff!
Erik E. provided outstanding service! He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly inspect and flush my system, explained everything clearly, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. It’s refreshing to have a technician who is both skilled and genuinely…
David was great. Extremely courteous, quick at diagnosis the problem and fixing the issues. Happy to sign up for the preventative maintenance agreement.
