Overall PV is awesome. Very quick and knowledgeable service and always very polite and careful in your home. At least our experience. Our recent call ended in a diagnosis of a bad motor in one of our outside units. Part wasn’t available so rescheduled for upcoming date. We’ll see how the actual fix works out.

EXTREMELY overpriced!!!!!!!!!! Charging me 615.00 for a new capacitor which is a VERY inexpensive part. Like a 10.00 - 20.00 dollar part. He said their service is a premium service. PREMIUM = OVERPRICED. Insane!! AND it was NOT same day service as they have replied on this review!!
