I purchased a new HVAC system from them. Although I gathered quotes from 5 contractors, I went with PV because of their local ownership and I liked how they viewed my home as an entire system (not just HVAC). Their competitive pricing for the system and ongoing annual service also helped. Their sales rep, Giovanni,…

I had a wonderful experience with PV Heating and Cooling and especially want to recognize Pedro Ramirez and Juan Nabor for their outstanding work! Pedro and Juan installed a new HVAC system in my home, completing the majority of the…
I've used PV for an all new HVAC system and HVAC maintenance, as well as plumbing repairs, so I've had a lot of their folks in my home over the years. Everyone I've worked with has been super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They always take time to answer questions, and offer good advice. Special shout…
Update: This is an update to my previous review for the new system that was installed 4-5 months ago. The system that I received was dented. Elvis (installer) advised it’s just the frame /panel and his boss told him to let me know he’s reordered and will come back to replace. Since installation, I’ve received…
I have using PV for over a decade. HVAC repairs and installs, plumbing and water heaters. Top notch everytime.

Update: PV has been performing routine maintenance on our (now replaced) heat pump and air handler HVAC system. This time they showed us how the coolant has been slowly leaking over the last year and the other various issues with the nearly 12 year-old heat pump. The air handler was much older. We were quoted for…
I had a great experience with PV Heating & Air from start to finish. I have worked with a number of HVAC companies over the years, this one by far was the most professional, customer service-focused, knowledgeable, and thorough. I live in a very old home that naturally has a lot of air leakage. Most companies would…
Thanks Jason and Tim for taking time to repair our air today. You were patient and hard working in getting the task done. Wee appreciate your services.
Emanuel and the PV team did a great job on our full HVAC installation — a Daikin Fit AC and furnace system. The installation was clean and professional, everything was tested thoroughly before they left (refrigerant charge, gas connections, the works), and they walked us through how everything operates once it was…

Installation of a new heat pump system: I had an outstanding experience with PV Heating, Cooling & Plumbing from start to finish. My experience actually started well before the installation. Second update: PV AGAIN came through for us today, making it possible for us to be in our home in this dangerous heat. Hard working and attention to detail with accuracy. They treated my house w respect and care and even cleaned up after. Please call them you will be very satisfied.
PV Heating, Air and Plumbing was extremely thorough and helpful during our process in interviewing contractors for our new unit. When we chose them, all questions were answered and the installation process was seamless. My husband and I highly recommend them.
What an awesome experience I had while working with PV on a new hvac install. The process was smooth from start to finish and PV even helped me get a grant from the state of Georgia to cover 50% of the total cost, plus 12 months free financing. In today's economy that was a God send. PV isn't your random plug and…
Thank you PV heating, cooling and plumbing. Tim and Jose arrived on time was respectful of the property, they were professional and did an amazing job. They also explained the equipment to us and what to do if something goes wrong Service was 10/10 would happily recommend.
Thanks to PV and the Energy Program from the State of GA, I got a brand new hvac unit at no cost to me.. The process was easy and the whole crew was exceptional. From Giovanni to Thaddeus to Muzaliwa and Kobie who did the install.. I appreciate these guys enormously.
Henry was very professional. He explained to me what the installation consisted of and answed any questions I had.
I would love to thank PV Heating and Cooling for the smooth installation of my Heating an AC Installation. It’s very quiet compared to what I previously had. Everything seems to be running pretty smooth. Again, I thank everyone with the PV Heating and Cooling team.
Excellent professional service work done correctly. Was very happy we chose PV. Heating, cooling, &. Plumbing
A big shout out to PV Heating, Cooling and Plumbing on the extensive work they did on our HVAC system and Water Heater replacement. From the initial assessment of the situation to the detailed design analysis and work done on site, this team exhibited professionalism from start to finish. They listened to our…
I had 3 quotes prior to going with PV. PV was a great company to work with! Ro wrote up the proposal and explained everything thoroughly. He notified us about the GA rebate that was able to help my parents afford the new system. David and Jairon did a great job with the install. David took the time to explain things…
Great folks, take advantage of the rebate programs
I was using another company for my biannual HVAC service. One day I received a text from a very satisfied PV customer ranting and raving about the instalation of a unit she had installed in her garage. I was going to get the same unit but decided on a new HVAC system instead. The customer service from marketing,…
I had a new HVAC system installed.
Work went great. Both Juan and Pedro are excellent representative of your company. Work was done in a timely manner, and any questions were answered. Couldn’t be happier.
We have used PV Heating and Air for several years, and have always had a good experience. For professionalism, high quality work, fair pricing, and courtesy you can't go wrong with PV.
PV Heating and Air provides excellent service and always goes the extra mile to ensure our heat and air work well. They are expedient when responding to emergency needs. Thank you!
We consulted with 2 different companies when it was time to replace our old HVAC, and PV Heating & Cooling well exceeded their competitor in service, quality, and price. The entire team was fantastic! Jake, Elvis, and David were all a pleasure to work with and kept us informed every step of the way.
I really appreciated working with Andre at the beginning of the process. He was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and helped me feel comfortable about making this purchase for my home. Matthew and Ahmad did a great job installing my new heating and AC system. They were friendly, professional, and made the whole…

My heat went out during the coldest time of the year. PVs was there the same day to inspect and the next day to replace my entire system. They conducted the job in a very neat and efficient manner and more importantly, when the finished everything worked as it should. Good Job
Great job gentlemen was very professional and clean the area when finished and explained everything to me about the unit Thank you so very much 👍
I Always get good service from this company.
Quality work and a fast turnaround! Northumberland Swim Club appreciates your team and sponsorship!
The seller used this company for new heat pump just before closing. This 10k+ pump can't function in the cold and shuts off to keep my old house at a balmy 47-52 degrees. The first time they came to "fix" the repair man said " super weird" about 10x about my heat pump and situation . Blamed the ecobee. Next…
The team arrived promptly and worked from 9am until 10pm that night in 18 degree weather outside to replace our burner and outside failed compressor unit. They were kind and industrious. I heartily recommend them
Great service. I highly recommend.
In an effort to go all electric, we switched our ducted gas furnaces to a single high efficiency heat pump. Peavey reps were competent and professional and I am very pleased with the installation as this was a complicated job. The installers, Moises and Julian, were skilled and knowledgeable and worked extremely…
From beginning to end, my experience with PV Heating, Cooling, &Plumbing was AMAZING. Andres Salazar came in and explained what I needed and how he could help! I was not pressured to use their service. It was like having a childhood friend over giving me the best advice with my best interest at heart. When the…
We had PV out to replace 2 air conditioners which had died on us years ago. We hadn't had central a/c in our Atlanta home for about 10 years. We finally decided to invest in a whole new heat pump system for a 2 story home. While costly up front, PV had competitive pricing & provided a Manual J load calculation to…
I highly recommend this company. The employees are trustworthy responsible and hardworking.
Techs arrived on time and did a good job cleaning up. Also took the time to explain what was to be done. Overall a good experience
Amazing work... had a new heat pump water heater installed, and replaced an old AC + gas furnace with an all new heat pump setup. Both crews were amazing in terms of quality of work and talking through the new equipment.
PV always does a great job for my system that they installed. Great service and they are genuinely nice people.
From start to finish this was a great experience. From The zero pressure salesman, Kevin, coming to the house to the fast and efficient team who installed the system. Thanks for everything
I absolutely loved the process of replacing my HVAC with PV heating air. The process of getting bids, and looking at what I needed in improvements from the old system was attentive. Great easy installation day. Thx Juan and Pedro!!
I highly recommend PV Heating and Cooling. We had our entire heating and cooling system, hot water heater replaced, and attic insulation! Their rebate program is The Best! No joke. Stephon worked with us and I just want to thank him for his professionalism and for being a people’s person! 🙌🏾🙏🏽🥰 May GOD continue to Bless you Man!
I’ve used PV Heating and Air over the past four years to upgrade four separate systems at two different houses. What I like the most about them is the fact that they solve and diagnose problems, instead of just replacing worn out equipment. They make sure that airflow into your conditioned space and the outflow are…
PV is the most professional HVAC firm I’ve found. From install to annual maintenance, they have knowledgeable and professional techs focused on providing the best solution for customers. Scott does our semi-annual maintenance and is more thorough than anyone else we’ve ever used. I highly recommend PV.
Having a Dad who worked in Heating & AC all my life gives me great appreciation for how thoroughly PV does the job! They don’t just rush in and replace filters then hand you a bill. They make sure each piece of the system is working as expected, discuss any issues and offer options. Each tech that has serviced our…
update 3/6/25 - Great to see Joseph M. again for the inspection! He continues to do excellent work - quick and easy process. Thanks again! original - High praise to the PV team! During a fall/winter maintenance check Joseph M. discovered a noise coming from the inducer motor in my furnace. He quickly worked with…
Over the past four years PV Heating, Cooling and Plumbing has taken care of our HVAC and plumbing needs in entirety. These includes par excellence service with maintenance and new installation. Their services are A+, have hired a very talented and trained group of technicians and has always kept me, the customer…
I am extremely pleased with the services that I received from P. V. A/C & Heating. Everyone that I encountered from this company was courteous, professional, and provided excellent service. This company should be an example to other companies as to what quality service should look like. 5 stars doesn't do this…
D'anis G. moved very efficiently, thoroughly evaluating any additional needs while performing the standard maintenance. He was able to bring to our attention an opportunity to protect our system that would have otherwise gone undetected until a disruption. PV has always been our go to Heating and Air providers and…
Have been using this service for over 20 years. Family owned business. Love the owners. Staff is very professional and friendly. I refer them to all my family and friends. If I have a problem with heat or air conditioner unit I call and they respond the same day usually. If not t the next day for sure. Thank You so…
Quick and professional.
Much to my chagrin, I’m not receiving the quality of workmanship that other reviewers are raving about. I started using PV Heating and Air this past spring when I purchased two new furnaces from them. Unfortunately, it took three visits for them to get it installed properly - turns out that the condensation drain…
Very professional and knowledgeable specialists. Focused on quality of work and end result, not just sales.
Great job installing and maintaining our heating and air systems for the past couple of years. Very friendly and professional service! I would highly recommend PV Heating & Air.
I have used PV for 2 major installs and their solutions worked every time. The consultation I received was tailored to the problem I was having, uneven heating and cooling. PV fixed the issue and now I can my home is evenly heated and cooled.
PV is a HVAC contractor that is careful to do load calculations and offer duct pressure tests before replacing a system, taking into account insulation and other home improvements. After getting oversized units in the past, I wanted to be sure to get the right sized heat pump since I'm in a very humid climate.…
Adrian was terrific. He was on time, professional and answered all my questions. Great communication and detailed.
Very professional serviceman. Prompt and efficient.
A nice experience, on time, polite and did a great job.
Russell was just so attentive and great service attention to detail.
I spoke with a few different HVAC companies when my wife and I needed a new system. Most of them were happy to spend 10 minutes walking around my home and say "We can replace your system with a new one and here are you good/better/best options. Pick one and pay us". PV was the only company that actually took some…
Eric and his crew were awesome, polite, and punctual. Really appreciate the whole crew and all the hard work they put in.
The installation I thought went well in 2019 (though now that it’s dead who knows). They were competitive in 2019 with prices so our entire building used them to replace HVACs. 3 and 1/2 years later mine is completely dead and they are charging 2x as much as other companies even too come out (even though it has…
Well done Eric. Excellent servicedone...professionalism
