I had a great experience with PV Heating & Air from start to finish. I have worked with a number of HVAC companies over the years, this one by far was the most professional, customer service-focused, knowledgeable, and thorough. I live in a very old home that naturally has a lot of air leakage. Most companies would…
David was great. Extremely courteous, quick at diagnosis the problem and fixing the issues. Happy to sign up for the preventative maintenance agreement.
I'm a DIYer and like to at least attempt my own repairs, but a low voltage short is either a bad contractor or a bad wire that can be near impossible to find. I replaced the contactor, but still no air. So I called PV. Joseph came out and we went through the troubleshooting process. He found the exact wire that was…
Technician was very professional and dedicated to resolve the issue. I appreciate his patience and hard work. Great job. Would recommend him.
Called on Sunday afternoon and they sent someone on Monday. Erik was very professional and knowledgeable about problems I was having with my 2 AC units. He gave me several Diagnosis on the units and gave me options on repairs. I was very pleased with the service and knowledge they provided.
We called PV HVAC after a recommendation from our neighbor who has used them for years. Dakota was prompt, polite, and thorough! He communicated his findings to us in simple terms that we understood and didn’t try to sell us anything unnecessary. I would do business with this company again without hesitation.
Fantastic people for fantastic service. Very responsive, thorough, honest and fair. Highly recommend$

I can not say how impressed and lucky we are to have found PV Heating, Cooling, and plumbing. Jacob was an absolute lifesaver. He is the most knowledgeable, patient, and professional technician we’ve worked with. Kudos to him and this team of rockstars!
Second update: PV AGAIN came through for us today, making it possible for us to be in our home in this dangerous heat. The tech (Andre) was yet one more person I have met from that company that immediately put me at ease and patiently answered my questions. I am so grateful to have found this company. Update: PV…
Erik was a great technician. I would recommend this company without hesitation. The communication was great, and Erik was able to figure out what was going on, explain it to us, and successfully repair our AC.
PV Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is the ABSOLUTE BEST! Choosing them was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. We all know how hot Georgia can get, and these guys came determined to make sure we had air before they left. Our project manager, Josh, and technician, Alex, were amazing. You guys are the ABSOLUTE BEST—THANK YOU, PV, WE ARE COOL NOW!!!
Installation completed yesterday and quality audit to verify work complete and system operational completed today. Very pleased with all the interactions with this company. Every person - on the phone and in person - was professional, helpful and respectful.
Erik was the technician that came out and serviced my Carrier HVAC system. He was so incredibly kind, helpful, knowledgeable/thorough, and respectful. I am incredibly happy with my service and can't thank him enough for the detailed work he put in. During and after the visit they show and send you pictures and a…
The technicians, Nick, Dakota and Ogunlana, were very friendly, professional and helpful. They listened to the issues I had and when they were resolved explained everything and answered my questions. I will recommend PV to anyone needing HVAC or plumbing repairs. Well done, PV!
We discussed what needed to be done and there were some options. Justin very clearly laid them out for me so I could make an informed decision. He was well informed, polite etc. I'm looking for it to doing business with them. I can either fix the problem or replace the unit, since it does have over 10 years of service.
I just had the best #Warranty experience one can ask for from an AC company. We came out the same day to inspect and try to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the parts so they came back first thing in the morning next day to try fixing it. The circuit boards unfortunately got damaged again with the…
Knowledgeable plumbers! Quality work! Very nice plumber! Thank you!
Jacob C. came out to our house. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to fix our problem quickly. Many, many thanks to Jacob and PV.
PV completely surpassed my expectations on service and care!! Honestly, ***I will never let another heating/cooling/plumbing come into my home.*** Kenneth, David & Logan came into rescue us from a terrible flood situation that impacted our whole home, and these guys worked INSANELY HARD and long hours day after day…
Very happy with PV. We had a busted evaporator coil, and PV was able to give us a good price. More importantly, our tech Dakota was stellar with his attention to detail and conscientiousness. Even my reactive dog loved him! We decided to go with PV’s maintenance plan as well, even though we had already paid for a…
PV Heating & Air has been my goto for several years now and, as usual, they did a great job. PV was incredibly responsive, very professional, and truly personable. Troy, (the tech who came out) was fantastic, knowledgeable and didn't mind my (endless) questions. Great service.
We have used PV Heating and Air for several years, and have always had a good experience. For professionalism, high quality work, fair pricing, and courtesy you can't go wrong with PV.
They came out same day, which although not necessary, was nice. The technician, Jacob, was thorough and when he identified the problem he did a great job explaining to me what needed to be done. He then made the necessary repair and had our system up and running in a timely manner. He was professional, friendly and…
I’ve used PV HVAC for a number of years. They’re very professional and responsive. If you have any issues they are very service oriented and quick to follow up.
PV Heating and Air provides excellent service and always goes the extra mile to ensure our heat and air work well. They are expedient when responding to emergency needs. Thank you!
The PV team is incredibly professional, polite, and best of all, they know what they’re doing. 10/10 and would recommend to anyone.
Jacob was a nice guy, attentive, knowledgeable, and thorough, explained the work needed and the flexible costs options. I was pleased with the quality of service
I found this company out of a dire situation and skeptical of so Many in this arena promising to deliver. After interviewing others we chose PV Heating & Cooling They have been the best choice ever … professional, up front, informative, and safety at the top of the process in scheduling and servicing. We are…
Erik did a phenomenal job, great communication and he explained everything to us including how the furnace was working and recommendations. Thanks for being so thorough!
Our technician, Nick, was thorough, on time, and a great communicator. Loved how the technology systems (communications, scheduling, billing, etc) are set up to make the process easy.
Justin was very nice and cool. He broke everything down for us and explained everything very well. Definitely want him to do the work for us. Thank you Justin R.
PV is, without a doubt, the standout leader in the industry! Their commitment to honesty, promptness, and thoroughness sets them apart from the competition. I highly recommend them!
Andre was fantastic! Very thorough and communicative through the whole process.
PV was great. Our AC stopped working suddenly just before we were about to leave town. I scheduled an appointment online and was surprised how quickly a tech was able to get to our house; being 90degrees+ in Atlanta I was expecting the worst. But at 7am I was able to schedule an 8am-12 time slot for that day and had…
Our experience with PV technician Justin was excellent. Very professional, courteous, communicative and thorough. Highly recommend PV and Justin for our HVAC issues.
I cannot say enough good things about PV Heating, Cooling & Plumbing and their technician Hung Vong. When I had a AC emergency last night around 6:30-6:45 PM, I called at least 12 different companies that advertised “24/7” service - and every single one told me they couldn’t send anyone out. PV Plumbing was the…
Alex was great. Very professional and knowledgeable. Diiagnosed and fixed the problem quickly
Steven B was great on time and helped me with the right decision for me at this time. I will referring PV heating, cooling & plumbing to all my friends and family.
Follow up from 3 years ago, all good still. Responsive, generally knowledgeable, well run organization
Helpful and knowledgeable.
Having a Dad who worked in Heating & AC all my life gives me great appreciation for how thoroughly PV does the job! They don’t just rush in and replace filters then hand you a bill. They make sure each piece of the system is working as expected, discuss any issues and offer options. Each tech that has serviced our…
update 3/6/25 - Great to see Joseph M. again for the inspection! He continues to do excellent work - quick and easy process. Thanks again! original - High praise to the PV team! During a fall/winter maintenance check Joseph M. discovered a noise coming from the inducer motor in my furnace. He quickly worked with…
I have been using PV for years. Everyone has been very professional and kind. I like having the maintenance plan so I don’t have to worry about remembering to check the systems myself.
Over the past four years PV Heating, Cooling and Plumbing has taken care of our HVAC and plumbing needs in entirety. These includes par excellence service with maintenance and new installation. Their services are A+, have hired a very talented and trained group of technicians and has always kept me, the customer…
I am sold on PV heating and air. They have performed maintenance on my system for several years now. They describe the issues with my system clearly but never use pressure sales tactics. I think a company that consistently sends high quality people to my home must be doing many things right.
I was due for my heating system maintenance. Cameron arrived on time and was fantastic. I would never use any other company other than PV Heating & Air!
They are efficient and on time . They do great work and stand behind it
Outstanding service
My technician was kind and knowledgeable. He repaired my heater quickly with no issues. I’ve been pleased with Peavey for the last decade!
Very professional and knowledgeable specialists. Focused on quality of work and end result, not just sales.
I have used PV for 2 major installs and their solutions worked every time. The consultation I received was tailored to the problem I was having, uneven heating and cooling. PV fixed the issue and now I can my home is evenly heated and cooled.
Highly recommend PV Heating & Air. Very knowledgeble & trustworthy.
Adrian was terrific. He was on time, professional and answered all my questions. Great communication and detailed.
Very professional answered all of my questions and took their time didn’t feel rushed at all.
PV came out on short notice to diagnose an issue with our AC. The technician, Scott Hartman, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
AC started blowing warm air suddenly. Called PV and within an hour had a tech on-site to diagnose issue and replaced the fan motor of outside unit. Also replaced filter while onsite and checked everything out. Total pro, great company.
Very professional serviceman. Prompt and efficient.
Scott Hartman responded quickly to my HVAC problem call on a Sunday afternoon. He seems to be a straightforward, and honest, showing up professionally dressed with all the right tools. I asked him a lot of questions about what was wrong with the AC and he was responsive to my queries. He then proceeded analyze what…
Always 5 stars for these guys. Trustworthy, dependable, customer service oriented. You can’t find a better hvac company. These guys installed our wall unit in a room that gets no direct airflow and it has been night and day difference during hot summer and they do our ac maintenance also and are very responsive and offer good service plan
Joseph did a great job, also spent time to educate us on practical air conditioning maintenance. Thanks!
Quickly diagnosed the AC was shot, gave me an estimate for repair, but advised that given the age, it was time to get a new one.
Leo is a very pleasant young man, he is very professional and knowledgeable. He did s great job!
Way overdue on a yearly maintenance for our AC system, and knew we had some repairs to be done on the A/C unit. PV was easy to schedule with, and our tech Ahmed was prompt, easy to talk to, clearly experienced, and answered any and all questions we had without reservation. He performed a very thorough maintenance,…
I spoke with a few different HVAC companies when my wife and I needed a new system. Most of them were happy to spend 10 minutes walking around my home and say "We can replace your system with a new one and here are you good/better/best options. Pick one and pay us". PV was the only company that actually took some…
Scott was a super friendly and knowledgeable tech who fixed my problem with a quickness. Kudos!
Isaiah is a great technician. He knows what he is doing and he is very friendly.
They responded very quickly after I reached out and were at the house within hours. They were able to get the work done immediately and the unit was working before they left. I have no idea if it would have been cheaper somewhere else but I’m not shopping for a heater in February! The guys who came out to install…
Thank You, What a fantastic experience to work with such a well-formed group of HVAC guys knowledgeable in every aspect and went over and beyond all expectations. Thanks to Brian Justin Christopher Dustin Colby Omar Neal Ashley Tori and William. Really appreciate them. John and Mary.
We have been using this company for several years. They are always very responsive, professional, courteous, honest, and ethical. Their annual plan for maintenance is excellent. I highly recommend them for any and all work On heating and air conditioning systems.
After two companies couldn’t fix our AC - PV came out and correctly diagnosed the problem. They quickly ordered the correct part and our AC is up and running. We liked them and put them on an annual service contract.
PV Heating and Air came out quickly without requiring me to pay extra for a maintenance plan in order to jump the line, which a local HVAC company that sponsors a stadium in Gwinnett required. They also charged me HALF of what the aforementioned company would have charged for a blower motor replacement, and…
Great technician and excellent value. Strongly recommend!
The better known local companies are backed up two weeks, so when my AC went down, PV came next business day and Alex was professional, courteous, and solved the problem. His great work earned a service contract. Highly recommended.
They wanted $450 just to swap out a small transformer and another $350 just to look at the low voltage wires running outside. All that on top of a $99 fee just to show up and no guarantee that additional charges if it wasn't the problem I suggested to him it might be. If it's an absolute emergency this is an ok last…
Left a message at 9pm on email and had a scheduled tech by 10 the next day. Really great when it is 91 degrees and you need your AC
Tech Adrian did an awsome job. I feel like your company is HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY. Everyone else are LIERS and rip offs. ADRIAN SAID HE WOULD BRING ME 2/3 HIGH QUALITY AIR FILTER but the one provided is the WORST I've seen. Overall great service & would request Adrian to come out again.
Very knowledgeable and honest. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommend.
Very happy with their service. I recommend them to anyone I hear with HVAC issues. Just a great honest company that cares about its customers and employees. They have even come to a house of mine when the heat went out the very next day. They got the cal on New Years Eve late at night, they went to the house and…
PV always is professional and punctual I was recommended by a friend and I have been happy with them for a year now
I've been on PV's residential maintenance service for over a year now. Before PV, I used two other companies. The first company was great but unfortunately was bought out by one of the larger companies in Atlanta. Missing the personal service, I found PV. Their fall maintenance service was great but the recent…
clearly explained how they were troubleshooting and diagnosing why my ac wasn't working
Good people, reliable service.
Always a pleasure having these guys out when there’s an issue. They are polite, prompt, and professional. I’m glad I bought my unit from them last year and glad to have them do my regular maintenance. I refer friends and family whenever the opportunity arises.
Only wasted my time and money. The ac still doesn't work well.. they don't give any discounts like other companies (first responder, service fee waved if hired)
I would highly recommend PV Heating and Air. Scott was timely, efficient and fixed my AC unit as quickly as quickly as possible.
These guys were fast to respond, on time, have reasonable & competitive pricing, respectful & clean! (Wear footies when they enter your house and a some wore face mask), are patient and very helpful with going over things. Explaining our existing situation & how to improve it. This company also does attic insulation…
I can not say enough good things about PV. But, most notable, is that out of the 3 HVAC companies who came to my home to quote the work, Jason, one of the owners at PV, is the ONLY one who alerted us to the dangerous flue pipe in the crawl space which was pitted and emitting carbon dioxide. We asked them to…
I had been having issues with my A/C for months now and a separate company kept telling me it was the filter after coming back repeatedly. PV found the issue immediately and fixed it on the spot. They're super quick and professional and I am very upset with myself for not going to them sooner.
Very responsive, professional and honest!
Super responsive and excellent service.
Jamie was on time and professional throughout the service call. He showed me what he was doing, pointed out the problem areas and explained everything as he was doing the work. I just bought the house a few months ago, so it was the first time I have gotten HVAC service at this house. I am happy that I know who I…
For all your HVAC needs, the only call you have to make is to PV. I have done business with PV for nearly eight years. They are prompt, professional and very capable. We gutted and rebuilt a high rise condo unit and the original HVAC unit was probably not protected well enough and permanently damaged. In spite…
I've used many HVAC companies over the years for maintenance and repairs and PV Heating and Air is by far the most professional and pleasant to work with of any to date. They were incredibly helpful throughout a process of deciding whether to repair our Pioneer Minisplit system or replace with a new unit, gave…
Excellent, very competent, responsive, and importantly, very honest to not up-sell you on things that aren't really needed. Well trained polite staff who coordinates with you well. Does helpful things like independent post inspection check on quality of work performed by install crew that my former "elephant"…
I had my AC break down last year and I purchased a maintenance package with the repair. This time they performed preventative maintenance including filter changes. Technician was very professional and was very knowledgeable. I definitely recommend the company.
I just can't rate PV high enough. High quality of work, timely and incredible customer service and I'm always confident that they make the right recommendation that protects my property at the lowest cost. It's almost a relief when a problem pops up around the house that PV can solve because I know I'm in good…
My repair man was prompt, knowledgeable, and efficient. I could feel cool air again before he left my house. Thanks, Peavey!
Extremely pleased with this company. They were knowledgeable and competent. Were able to come out on a Holiday and fix our air. Set us up for a Maintenance program to take care of us in the future. Very pleased with this company.
They replaced a blower motor which had failed. It went out Saturday. They ordered and installed Monday. The tech was very professional and courteous. Work was completed very quickly.
I am extremely happy with the service we have received from PV. We were under an annual plan with one of the big heating and air companies and wanted a second quote, PV was recommended by a friend. They gave me a lower quote, the technicians were very professional and we never looked back. I would highly recommend them.
6 HVAC companies have tried to sell me a new system. PV actually ran a test to see that my unit didn't need to be replaced just repaired. Shout out to Jamie.
I actually heard about PV from another heating and air company that I had called but who was booked solid. He told me to call PV and I am glad that I did. I was very happy with the technician James and am sitting in a much cooler house than I was this time yesterday.
