UPDATE 9/22/26: We called and asked for Leo per the response, couldn't get ahold of him, they said he would call us back. Still haven't heard anything. I'm not in their system because it's under my husband's name. Really wanted to like this place, we even paid for their maintenance membership but we've honestly…
David was great. Super informed and friendly. Was easy to setup an appointment and they kept me updated on the ETA on the day of service. Highly recommend.
I always feel like I’m in really good hands. The people who are super qualified and kind and respectful.
Update: PV has been performing routine maintenance on our (now replaced) heat pump and air handler HVAC system. This time they showed us how the coolant has been slowly leaking over the last year and the other various issues with the nearly 12 year-old heat pump. The air handler was much older. We were quoted for…

I recently had work done on my plumbing and HVAC systems. The people who worked on the jobs were very professional and knowledgeable. I would like to mention Diego E, Herode who worked on my sink and Jacob and David W who fixed my AC. Highly recommend them all.
Lots of communication as to arrival time. Troy was wonderful. He helped us understand some issues and even some that were not a current concern. We were very impressed and signed up for the yearly service and may sign up for the yearly plumbing service.
We have used PV for years. They maintain our A/C and furnace, installed a mini-split system in our downstairs, and replaced our main level full system in 2021. All of their employees are well-trained, clean, and on time. We scheduled vent cleaning last week and were really pleased by the thoroughness and quality…
Very good

Alex Flores was super helpful, knowledgeable, friendly. This was my first experience with PV and it was a pleasant one. Scheduling was easy and pricing was fair!
This is my second house that I've used PV for a new system. We bought a new house and the upstairs unit was old and not keeping it cool. I have two young kids, so having an 80 degree second floor wasn't ideal. I called around to a lot of the "big box" A/C companies and they were about a week out from being able to…
I cannot say enough good things about this company. They are friendly, responsive, efficient, fair and always feel “small business”. Wonderful!
The technician, Dakota, arrived for the appointment on time (early actually), did a thorough inspection of my HVAC system and was incredibly professional. He was patient when i asked questions and provided responses that were detailed yet easy to understand. He also sent me the video and photos that he took, as well…
Jacob C. was the technician who came to check out my heating and cooling unit. It only needed a filter and I renewed my service plan at that time. Steve did a wonderful job! We will request him specifically in the future.
I've been using PV for years since they were a much smaller company. At that time, they provided extremely high quality service at prices that beat every competitor in town. They had been providing top notch service for years. Now, I'm not so sure anymore. I most recently used them to have a new HVAC system…
Always a pleasant experience with wonderful service. Mark just came through was EXTREMELY pleasant and professional. Would highly recommend. They do my plumbing and AC maintenance.
Great professional service! Troy G was great!
PV completely surpassed my expectations on service and care!! We have been customers of PV for several years now and have an annual service agreement with them. They are great folks!
Technician Steve was professional, personable, thorough and knowledgeable. I think that he did an excellent job of servicing the HVAC system.
On time, polite and efficient!
Never had a bad experience with PV, and this was no exception. This was just a maintenance visit, and Andre was super friendly, on time, and efficient.
I don’t make a habit of writing reviews. In fact, I’d guess I’ve written fewer than ten in the last decade. When I do, it’s because something was exceptional—either exceptionally good or exceptionally bad. After reading through a lot of local reviews and comparing a few companies, I decided to give PV Heating,…
never had a bad experience
Very expensive maintenance.
Mr. Anthony provided excellent service. Thank you
I’ve used PV HVAC for a number of years. They’re very professional and responsive. If you have any issues they are very service oriented and quick to follow up.
Very reliable and responsive to my requests.
Steve K was the technician for this visit to service my HVAC. He was on time and completed a thorough inspection of the unit. He continued the exemplary level of service that I have come to expect of PV.
Wonderful service!!!! Thank you !!!
PV Heating and Air provides excellent service and always goes the extra mile to ensure our heat and air work well. They are expedient when responding to emergency needs. Thank you!
I always get great service from PV and this week’s quarterly visit from Alex was the same (as was our visit with Joseph last time). Thank you for keeping my aging HVAC systems up and running :-)
Great service, always responsive and reliable.
Joseph and team are simply wonderful! They are communicative, clear on what work needs to get done, and all have a hospitality type mindset.
PV performed a pipe repair for us. Work and cleanup was done very well. Highly recommend.
The Peavey HVAC technicians always arrive well within the window given. They are courteous, respectful of your floors (cover their feet while inside) and give easily understood problem analysis but If there isn’t a problem, they are happy to provide some “good sense” information about how to balance your heat. You…
I’ve used a few heating and air companies over the last 40 years. I’m sold on PV Heating and Air after years of service.
I would recommend this company to my friends and family because of the quality of service that they gave to me.
Very friendly and knowledgeable made my day
Very timely and amazing service.technician went through in detail on the potential concerns and steps to follow with alternatives
Was very good excellent service person. He came on a sunday at the said time very professional. I have used this company for over 14 years and will continue using them. Best in atlanta.
The seller used this company for new heat pump just before closing. This 10k+ pump can't function in the cold and shuts off to keep my old house at a balmy 47-52 degrees. The first time they came to "fix" the repair man said " super weird" about 10x about my heat pump and situation . Blamed the ecobee. Next…
Evaluated our heating and cooling system. Very professional and very Thorough.
My furnace was not firing due to electrical short. Got same-day appointment. Technician Hung Vong was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He assessed trouble areas, we discussed options, I made choices, and he completed repairs. I re-subscribed to my maintenance contract to ensure my aging HVAC system…

Very professional, timely and on time. Was called to confirm appointment and called 30 minutes out! Andre was very thorough explained everything he was doing and what any additional charges, if any, cleaned up after himself…can’t say enough good things about him and the company! He was here for a routine maintenance…
PV has gone down substantially over the last two years. Missed appointments, poor repair service and after our last bout we would be returning to Shumate.
Showed up on time and worked quickly. Took pictures of the ducts and showed me rather than just telling me. Changed all the filters. Very polite and thorough
These guys are great - nice, considerate, clean up after themselves. The whole company is topnotch.
Great service! Thanks PV
Mark h did arrived on time and did a great job. Routine tune-up
After purchasing a house, I had PV come our to review my HVAC system with me. Jacob was fantastic! We were very pleased with Mark
I had a really great experience with PV and Jacob C. Coming home on a Friday after a long week of work and realizing my AC is not working during a heat wave was not what I had on my bingo card for the week lol. Needless to say after a quick search I was able to find PV and scheduled an appointment for a technician…
