Mark H was the service person. He is very knowledgeable and straightforward. I appreciate his ability to speak in laymen’s terms when describing HVAC-related issues.

Mark H. visited today and went above and beyond to identify and fix an ongoing issue. Very grateful for his hard work and empathy!!
Mark H is great. He has been to my house for maintenance and repairs twice and has always done a phenomenal job.
The technician was very thorough in diagnosing the problem which ended up being a faulty thermostat.
UPDATE 9/22/26: We called and asked for Leo per the response, couldn't get ahold of him, they said he would call us back. Still haven't heard anything. I'm not in their system because it's under my husband's name. Really wanted to like this place, we even paid for their maintenance membership but we've honestly…
We recently had PV Heating, Cooling & Plumbing out to our home because we needed to replace our old water heater. Due to the location of the water heater, it was a complicated removal and installation, but PV did it quickly, professionally, and for a terrific price. From the first phone call to the installation…
PV does good work and their prices are fair. I would use them again and recommend them to friends and clients. I had a feeling my AC was on its last legs so I appreciated their thoughtful review of options along the way.
Excellent service from start to finish! Dakota was knowledgeable, and completed the job efficiently. Everything was explained clearly, and the system is working great. Highly recommend!
Dakota responded to my AC crisis Sunday night and resolved it with courtesy and professionalism! There was a misunderstanding regarding a maintenance plan but it was quickly resolved by the ops Mgr Paul. If you need a responsive courteous team reach out PV Heating and cooling a family owned business
Outstanding job! Well versed, truly professional! Very impressed with the job! Not an easy task, lots of moving parts! Tackled it like a true expert. Will recommend to family and friends.
I always feel like I’m in really good hands. The people who are super qualified and kind and respectful.
Alex was super helpful. I appreciated that he took the time to explain all the work before he did it.
Had a great experience! Professional and competent! Would use again.
Overall PV is awesome. Very quick and knowledgeable service and always very polite and careful in your home. At least our experience. Our recent call ended in a diagnosis of a bad motor in one of our outside units. Part wasn’t available so rescheduled for upcoming date. We’ll see how the actual fix works out.
PV heating and cooling did a wonderful job taking care of my HVAC problems! We needed a whole new system which can be very expensive! Due to my being on disability this was a huge problem. They helped us navigate the GEFA program to help us with the expense. It did take months, typical when dealing with the…
Very happy with PV Heating & Air's service - Dalton came out for s no A/C on a hot day. same day service. we will have a/c for sleeping tonight. issues were thoroughly checked for pressure and other potential concerns. culprit was clogged condensate pipe which fortunately triggered cutoff to avoid flooding. drain…
Mark H. could not have been better to work with. Solved our issues and explained everything in a way anyone could understand. We signed up for a regular service membership in large part because of his level of care for our home and to ensure that would continue.
Thank you Vladimir with PV Plumbing for coming out on the same day for our sink. We had both garbage disposals break at the same time. Definitely not an emergency but we were added on and had it fixed the same day we called. Vladimir was exceptionally efficient and professional. Super friendly and knowledgeable. So…
EXTREMELY overpriced!!!!!!!!!! Charging me 615.00 for a new capacitor which is a VERY inexpensive part. Like a 10.00 - 20.00 dollar part. He said their service is a premium service. PREMIUM = OVERPRICED. Insane!! AND it was NOT same day service as they have replied on this review!!
Mike was fantastic! He was so friendly and professional, and kept us in the loop at every point. He was able to get both of our AC units back up and running!
I first made contact with PV two years ago when I was in need of a complete new unit for my home. I received multiple quotes, and while PV was not the lowest, I felt like their proposal was the best value. Jason himself came out to do the quote. Since then, PV has been maintaining our system in a contract.…
I recently had work done on my plumbing and HVAC systems. The people who worked on the jobs were very professional and knowledgeable. I would like to mention Diego E, Herode who worked on my sink and Jacob and David W who fixed my AC. Highly recommend them all.
Had PV come out for one issue, but they found a host of issues with things that I was concerned about. They’ve come up with a plan to solve these issues and were clear about the steps going forward. Jacob was a professional through out the entire inspection. Follow Up: PV came through and fixed all of the stated…
Called on Sunday afternoon and they sent someone on Monday. Erik was very professional and knowledgeable about problems I was having with my 2 AC units. He gave me several Diagnosis on the units and gave me options on repairs. I was very pleased with the service and knowledge they provided.
Lost power for 2 days in recent storm. Then when power came on, A/c wouldn't work. Called PV Heating and Cooling and Danis came out the next day. He looked at the thermostats, heaters and ac units. Made recommendations for all and most importantly was able to fix the unit not working. He was friendly, fast yet…
It turned out that the problem was just a new thermostat that had not been installed correctly I was having thoughts that maybe was a very expensive repair that was needed but Jung did me right and I'm very pleased with both him and his company
We have used PV for years. They maintain our A/C and furnace, installed a mini-split system in our downstairs, and replaced our main level full system in 2021. All of their employees are well-trained, clean, and on time. We scheduled vent cleaning last week and were really pleased by the thoroughness and quality…
Excellent! Fabulous! Wonderful!
The technician, Mark, arrived on time and was both professional and courteous. After agreeing on the repair action and cost, imagine my surprise when less than a half hour later, he returned to tell me that upon further research into my unit, he was able to confirm that we were still under warranty and the final…
Fantastic people for fantastic service. Very responsive, thorough, honest and fair. Highly recommend$
A little bit high but great service and would hire again.
PV was terrific. Had my heat pump on a maintenance plan and they came out right away and fixed a plugged drain line. Cameron came out and fixed it right away. Nice to have AC in hot weather.
PV did an incredible job both diagnosing my issue and repairing it quickly during an ATL heatwave. H. Vong and the entire installation crew solved my extensive problem and now I have peace of mind being part of their maintenance plan. Thank you!
Scheduled an appointment with PV Heating and cooling since my HVAC system was struggling to cool with the heat. They accepted the appointment then called the next morning to reschedule, when I explained the situation they agreed to keep my appointment. 2 hours before my appointment they called again and said that…

Troy was friendly, courteous and very knowledgable. Fixed the issue and recommended a few other services that would help reduce costs and improve air quality.
Same day service. Kind and respectful technicians. Kept me updated about arrival time and what they were doing to repair my unit.
I called PV because another company with which I had a service contract would not come to my house to address the issue of one of my zones not working. I called PV in the morning and got a same day appointment. Hung Vong arrived on time, was very friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. Hung quickly diagnosed the…
David thoroughly checked through everything and did everything properly to fix the issue with my HVAC. He fixed a problem the previous hvac technician actually made worse. Made sure I felt comfortable before walking out of the property. Very professional.

PV Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is the ABSOLUTE BEST! Choosing them was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. We all know how hot Georgia can get, and these guys came determined to make sure we had air before they left. Our project manager, Josh, and technician, Alex, were amazing. You guys are the ABSOLUTE BEST—THANK YOU, PV, WE ARE COOL NOW!!!
Andre from PV Heating and AC responded to my AC issues. He is professional and knowledgeable with the issues facing my unit. I would highly recommend Andre and PV for AC/Heating needs
PV HVAC company try to scam the Georgia HER program out of 16,000 and myself. Under my name for a 3 ton heat pump system, be careful Georgia senior & Georgia HER program
The technician was very focused on performing the proper diagnostic and performing the repair of my AC adequately. He performed a wonderful job.
Steve came out the first day with the crew to install new unit. He stated if the unit didn't work as it should to give him a call. The next morning, I placed the call. I was glad to see a familiar face which was Steve. He stayed until he was satisfied with the problem. He stated it just needed small adjustment.
Look no further. THE BEST heating & Cooling service in the greater Atlanta area, Bar None. I have to give high praise to technician MARK HARDIMAN for not only the depth of his diagnostic acumen and technical expertise, but his thoroughness, professionalism, and radical honesty. I frankly thought that this level of…

This company has been a HUGE blessing for our family. The guys came at 9am and worked all day until 7pm. They stayed out my way while I was working and not to mention the rebate plan is AWESOME. Thank you
My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. The technician came in more like a salesman, without gauges, and sought to overcharge me before diagnosing the problem with the AC. In good conscience , I would not I recommend this company to anyone.
I was completely amazed at the service, professionalism, and just down right grit from Jesse and Armando. They did a great job and worked hard from the time they arrived. Great job by them both.
These guys did a good job both Nick and Thomas. Problem solved in 48 hours. Was recommended to me by my neighbor so I will recommend to my other neighbor.
Alex Flores did a thorough assessment of our hvac system and gave very thoughtful and helpful suggestions. He took time to explain to me all the details of the system and his assessment. He was very courteous and professional
Got an appointment right away. Wesley was knowledgeable, professional and polite. Very happy with the work.
Alex was very knowledgeable and professional! We will be happy to work with him again in the future. Overall, the company communications were great. Easy scheduling and on time arrival.
PV installed a new furnace and compressor and also replaced part of the HVAC ductwork. Moises was the lead tech on the job and he was excellent. When there were decisions to be made, he worked with us to be sure we would be happy with the outcome. I recommend him highly for any HVAC installation work or major repair.
A big shout out to PV Heating, Cooling and Plumbing on the extensive work they did on our HVAC system and Water Heater replacement. We recently had an AC consultation with Andres, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. He was extremely thorough in evaluating every aspect of our home’s HVAC needs and took time to explain PV’s process and business model. He was also very friendly and approachable so we didn’t hesitate to ask…
I just had the best #Warranty experience one can ask for from an AC company. We came out the same day to inspect and try to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the parts so they came back first thing in the morning next day to try fixing it. The circuit boards unfortunately got damaged again with the…
Everything was great. Great service
Friendly and responsive staff! Prompt arrival of HVAC service tech. Eric was so thorough in his annual service. He also helped us address a couple issues of note. I appreciate his attention to detail and careful explanations of things.
I've been a customer of PV for over 15 years and have been extremely pleased with their services. Alex has been my primary tech for the past few years. He is always courteous, knowledgeable and explains things well.
I've been using PV for years since they were a much smaller company. At that time, they provided extremely high quality service at prices that beat every competitor in town. They had been providing top notch service for years. Now, I'm not so sure anymore. I most recently used them to have a new HVAC system…
PV completely surpassed my expectations on service and care!! Honestly, ***I will never let another heating/cooling/plumbing come into my home.*** Kenneth, David & Logan came into rescue us from a terrible flood situation that impacted our whole home, and these guys worked INSANELY HARD and long hours day after day…
Very happy with PV. We had a busted evaporator coil, and PV was able to give us a good price. More importantly, our tech Dakota was stellar with his attention to detail and conscientiousness. Even my reactive dog loved him! We decided to go with PV’s maintenance plan as well, even though we had already paid for a…
We have used PV Heating and Air for several years, and have always had a good experience. For professionalism, high quality work, fair pricing, and courtesy you can't go wrong with PV.
We have been customers of PV for several years now and have an annual service agreement with them. They are great folks!
I don’t make a habit of writing reviews. In fact, I’d guess I’ve written fewer than ten in the last decade. When I do, it’s because something was exceptional—either exceptionally good or exceptionally bad. After reading through a lot of local reviews and comparing a few companies, I decided to give PV Heating,…
never had a bad experience
The Technician came out in a timely manor and was very professional and knowledgeable about our issue.
HUGE Thanks to Troy who came all the way from Austell at the end of the day to help me diagnose the problem I was having with my AC. He helped dig through a bunch of dirt and pinestraw to locate wiring, have me a thorough explanation of that the issue was and the most likely cause as well as some potential other…

Eric and Moses were our install technicians and we couldn’t be happier with their professional manner and workmanship. They were prompt, courteous, and thorough in all aspects of the job. We would highly recommend…
This place was spectacular. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I know they were God sent because I was just searching for ac replacement companies and my gut said to go with them. They were so thorough from start to finish. They checked on us throughout the installation and texted us a picture of the guys who…
I’ve used a few heating and air companies over the last 40 years. I’m sold on PV Heating and Air after years of service.
Gas furnace stopped working on the coldest day of the year. Cameron S came out and checked my furnace and even gas fireplace / gas meter to confirm it was an issue with gas and let me know to contact the utility company. Being 8 months pregnant I really appreciated his attitude and helpfulness. Well worth the…
The team arrived promptly and worked from 9am until 10pm that night in 18 degree weather outside to replace our burner and outside failed compressor unit. They were kind and industrious. I heartily recommend them
Great service. I highly recommend.
Eric was amazing!
These guys are lifesavers. Alex came out to my house one day before a winter storm because I was having an issue with my thermostat. He tracked the issue from the thermostat, to the furnace, all the way to the outside unit, and made the fix in the same day. He answered all of my questions, and was professional from…

Great customer service, they were here inside of 2hrs from the time I called, so great emergency contact to have, the stars are for that reason. So, 20 mins and 640$ later my heat was back on. I wish I could have shopped around but, it's Hard to get the standard 3 quotes when you have to pay a service fee..each time. Smdh.
Heater kept shutting down. Nick came out super fast, diagnosed quickly, was able to provide repair quotes on the spot and get scheduled quickly for repair. Highly recommend.
Jacob was awesome. Figured out the issue very quickly and got everything working. Thank you again!
I woke up to a blower motor that wasn't working. They had a team member, Nick Castillo, out to my place within 2 hours. Nick was very friendly and quick to diagnose the problem, quote me on the repairs, get the parts needed, and replace the broken motor. He even suggested ways to prevent this from happening again…
Very professional, timely and on time. Was called to confirm appointment and called 30 minutes out! Andre was very thorough explained everything he was doing and what any additional charges, if any, cleaned up after himself…can’t say enough good things about him and the company! He was here for a routine maintenance…
Giovanni, Tim, and Jose were all incredible and super helpful throughout the entire process. They provided multiple replacement options/estimates with varying pricing and financing options. After years of living with an old system that couldn’t adequately heat or cool my home, I’m so excited to finally have something that works!

I was able to make a same day appointment and Justin Roberts provided amazing service and knowledge, walking me through why my "issue" wasn't really an issue and clearly explained all the mechanics behind what was happening. I'm requesting Justin for all my future work from PV!
Very knowledgeable and helpful!
My wife and I live in a condominium that is serviced by a rather old HVAC system. Recently, a switch on the outdoor heat pump began to fail, so it became time to replace the old switch. Well, being that some friends of mine had used PV Heating and Air in the past, and had spoken very highly of their experience, we…
Dani’s did a great job troubleshooting and repairing my AC system. He had a transformer on hand that would have worked but would have made the wiring messy. He gave me an option of coming back a day later with an exact replacement which I appreciated. Danis’ workmanship and attitude are excellent. PV pricing seems a…
Troy from PV Heating & Air in Atlanta is the real deal. The guy showed up, told the truth without any sales games, and backed it up with serious HVAC know-how. Dakota is fantastic and PV has been one of the few places that hasn't tried to shove unneeded repairs. They've earned a customer.
My go-to business for HVAC and plumbing needs.
Devon came out to do a semi-annual check up on my AC and he found significant mold on my unit and fan. He dedicated the time to ensure my home and air were clean and added an ultraviolet light to ensure ongoing clean air. He was friendly, on time, communicative and just all around great. Would give him more stars if they were available! Thanks!
We had a really positive experience with PV's service. Our friend recommended their service after we ran into issues only months after our renovation. Our contractor really messed up our HVAC installation. Whatever could go wrong went wrong. To the point that we were experiencing 10F difference between the floors!…

I’ve been a customer with PV for 11 years. Their technicians have always been prompt, courteous, and extremely thorough. Jacob did an excellent job. Highly recommend him, and PV.
PV is professional, responsive to answer questions and keep you informed about their service. Elijah was my service representative and he is excellent!
PV was great. Our AC stopped working suddenly just before we were about to leave town. But at 7am I was able to schedule an 8am-12 time slot for that day and had…

Definitely recommend! Wonderful and professional service! Fantastic job!
Alex was great. Very professional and knowledgeable. Diiagnosed and fixed the problem quickly
Thorough and helpful. Great working with these guys!
I was a strong believer in PV‘s capabilities and price. However, I recently discovered that their costs are exceeding the marketplace. For example, they charged me $250 per pound for 410a Freon. A little market research revealed that I could have received the same service and quality for $85 per pound. I brought…
Follow up from 3 years ago, all good still. Responsive, generally knowledgeable, well run organization
Our technician arrived on time and was very professional and respectful of our home. He promptly addressed the issue with our A/C and provided a great explanation of the various repair options. Highly recommend!

Having a Dad who worked in Heating & AC all my life gives me great appreciation for how thoroughly PV does the job! They don’t just rush in and replace filters then hand you a bill. PV got a tech out to us same day. Our tech was Alex Flores and he did a great job - highly recommend!
I had originally posted a negative review about PV Heating & Air. This previous review was not about the PV Heating & Air HVAC Tech - he was absolutely great - but rather about the pricing structure for the work accomplished. Honestly, I thought the pricing was high, but one of the owners did call me [I had…
Jeff was great. 8 years experience, master technician, educated, and precise. He was able to fix the ac problem while the previous one did not. Thank you
Great service appointment I have a maintenance agreement with a larger company- but they were not fixing the issue - got a second opinion and these guys explained what was wrong and why… and gave me some options- huge.
My service call was handled promptly and the communication regarding Jeff’s arrival time was excellent. Jeff did a wonderful job! He assessed our system, diagnosed the issue, and made the repair the same day. Excellent work. Highly recommend Jeff and the PV team.
Very professional and efficient. Did a great job.
PV Heating & Air has been taking care of three properties for us over the last 5+ years. This includes our home, our daughter's home and a rental property. They could not be more responsive to our needs and are always pleasant to deal with. We highly recommend them!
Leo is great! Very informative and honest.
Good service. I’d recommend them to my friends and neighbors.
Alex Flores is fabulous! Nicest guy, very helpful, interactive, and super professional.
Moses was friendly and fast, making sure I knew the options to get our AC back cooling.
Excellent and prompt emergency service. Our technician, Leo, was knowledgeable and efficient.
Office told me that the tech WOULD NOT discuss any issues with the tenant but apparently this tech was unaware of that rule!
Alex Flores was a fantastic technician. He was attentive to my questions and completed our repair in a timely manner.
Superb job by Alex and the PV team - got our problem fixed by getting to the root cause quickly and proceeded to install new Ecobee thermostats. Pretty happy with the speed, quality, and thorough job walking us through the options and delivering.
Always 5 stars for these guys. Trustworthy, dependable, customer service oriented. You can’t find a better hvac company. Shout out to Mike, we called PV late in the day with an issue, expecting to make an appointment for later this week. Nope, Mike was here within a couple hours with a smile on his face. Quickly…
One of my AC units went out on the 04 July holiday weekend. Learned of PV Heating&Air via a positive referral from Decatur Moms. Called 4 HVAC companies and PV was the only company with techs available to come out on a Sunday. The rep arrived at the appointed time and was able to complete the repair with a fair…
Adrian was fantastic! He worked diligently to diagnose the problems & resolved our issues quickly!
The were extremely responsive and professional—and most importantly, they fixed our issue during the first visit!
I have been using them for years and they keep my a/c and heating running w/o problems. Yesterday I came home to find my A/c wasn’t working and it was 90 degrees out. I called and they sent someone out w/in hours. Leo fixed it and said it was covered under warranty. Great service.
Fast, same day service for a repair.
Just spent $580 to replace a capacitor. Took him 10 minutes to replace, took about an hour total for the visit. It was an emergency same day service, so I had a feeling my price would be inflated, but certainly did not expect it to cost this much, nor do I think it is reasonable. Our tech then quoted us another $500…
Way overdue on a yearly maintenance for our AC system, and knew we had some repairs to be done on the A/C unit. PV was easy to schedule with, and our tech Ahmed was prompt, easy to talk to, clearly experienced, and answered any and all questions we had without reservation. He performed a very thorough maintenance,…
I spoke with a few different HVAC companies when my wife and I needed a new system. Most of them were happy to spend 10 minutes walking around my home and say "We can replace your system with a new one and here are you good/better/best options. Pick one and pay us". PV was the only company that actually took some…
This is a great family owned multi-generational company that stands by their work and does the job right. They are honest and transparent in all that they do and train their excellent employees very well. They replaced my whole system and didn’t just plop a new unit in but used engineering and expert assessment to…
Great company with professional techs!
They sent out an incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and expeditious technician to repair our two non-functioning units. I really liked that he explained what he was analyzing during the repair and what he was trying/testing to get to the root of the problem. He was very transparent with options and pricing.
Very happy with their service. I recommend them to anyone I hear with HVAC issues. Just a great honest company that cares about its customers and employees. They have even come to a house of mine when the heat went out the very next day. They got the cal on New Years Eve late at night, they went to the house and…
