Mark H. Did a great job!
Great customer service, very pleased!
Mark and Carmen did a great job on my heating system inspection and tune up. They made some excellent suggestions and answered all my questions. Very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable.
Mark H was amazing— very thorough and very consumed options well but with no pressure. I highly recommend PV and Mark!
I highly recommend this company if you are looking for air-conditioning repairs service. Very professional and informative. Darren the service tech that came out to check the system was excellent and informed me of every step.
Jayden took great care of our heating system today! Thanks to him and PV! Always a pleasure!
Both Thomas (handled my plumbing inspection) and Scott (handled my furnace inspection) are very professional and knowledgeable, and I appreciate their responsiveness to my questions. PV HVAC & Plumbing is my "GO TO" for their services!
Dakota is fantastic, always on-time, fast, reliable.
Jacob C. was the technician who came to check out my heating and cooling unit. It only needed a filter and I renewed my service plan at that time. He was friendly, courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. My system is running like a charm just in time for the approaching brutally hot Georgia summer. Thank you, Jacob!
I have been using them for over 8 years. Excellent service, very professional, great follow-up after completing jobs. I highly recommend for any needs you may have be it a maintenance contract or system replacement. I use them for both HVAC and Plumbing.
We have used PV Heating and Air for several years, and have always had a good experience. For professionalism, high quality work, fair pricing, and courtesy you can't go wrong with PV.
PV service is always next level. I hate having to call them but I like it when I do!
The Peavey HVAC technicians always arrive well within the window given. They are courteous, respectful of your floors (cover their feet while inside) and give easily understood problem analysis but If there isn’t a problem, they are happy to provide some “good sense” information about how to balance your heat. You…
PV HVAC has been a very impressive company starting with communication. It is a priority at the top! The handling of my apointment I was never left out of the loop! The technician Steve K was fantastic! Steve is knowledgeable, new exactly what was happening and came right back out to fix the situation. Thanks so…
I would recommend this company to my friends and family because of the quality of service that they gave to me.
Amazing detailed and affordable
Was very good excellent service person. He came on a sunday at the said time very professional. I have used this company for over 14 years and will continue using them. Best in atlanta.
Steve provided me with exceptional service. He represents the company very well.
PC Heating, Cooling and Plumbing came out to perform the annual inspection and maintenance on our heating unit. . Hung was our Technician and he very knowledgeable, nice and explained the maintenance review and suggestions. I would definitely recommend them.
PV has gone down substantially over the last two years. Missed appointments, poor repair service and after our last bout we would be returning to Shumate.
I reached out to PV this past summer for a maintenance check on our AC unit since we moved into our house in 2024. When we bought our house, it was completely remodeled. Whoever installed the duct work, put the wrong size in for the 3 ton unit we have. PV installed the correct size & the quote we got was very…
He was very thorough and alerted me of several issues. I also appreciated his sensitivity to a fussy baby and not being able to chat.
Could not be more pleased start to finish. Fairly new systems but wanted to ensure all was working properly for the winter. Was able to book same day service conveniently online. Received shortly thereafter a call confirming my booking with a reasonable service window later in the afternoon Received text updates…
Okay 👍🏽 I love it
Troy from PV Heating & Air in Atlanta is the real deal. The guy showed up, told the truth without any sales games, and backed it up with serious HVAC know-how. He walked us through our Trane system like he designed it himself. No pressure, no upsell — just straight answers and smart recommendations. We’re signing up…

Excellent work by the technician.
Simply impressive-The quality of the work is a 5 star and A+. The technicians are knowledgeable, experienced and professional. The text appointments and follow up call backs really shows that Pvhvac cares about their customers. Thanks for making my house comfortable again. My wife and kids are happy. -MR

Our HVAC system, installed by this company four years ago, has consistently performed without issue. The annual maintenance contract has ensured the unit's continued efficient operation. Their team has consistently demonstrated punctuality and accessibility in addressing any inquiries. We confidently entrust our HVAC unit's maintenance to them.
Well done. Worked til the job was done
Once again just received outstanding service from this highly professional team. I’ve been using Joe for the last 16 years and they have never let me down with my systems. I have three and they are keeping them alive, particularly the two air conditioners. They did a wonderful job installing a heat pump in my…
As usual excellent service and tech was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Joseph is a very good tech and discrete. PV Heating is a class A. Thank you very much
Very friendly and attention to detail worker. Will work with this company again for sure.
Excellent company. All employees and very knowledgeable and courteous. I wanted to add that I have been using PV for all of my HVAC work since they started in 2007. I have always been 100% satisfied with their work. Very professional. You can't go wrong with this company. And I am thrilled that they have now added Plumbing as part of their services.
He was excellent and pleasant Very knowledgeable Sarah Wood
Having a Dad who worked in Heating & AC all my life gives me great appreciation for how thoroughly PV does the job! They don’t just rush in and replace filters then hand you a bill. They make sure each piece of the system is working as expected, discuss any issues and offer options. Each tech that has serviced our…
Over the past four years PV Heating, Cooling and Plumbing has taken care of our HVAC and plumbing needs in entirety. These includes par excellence service with maintenance and new installation. Leo and Adrian were here to do our fall inspection/filter change, and, as usual, were very professional and polite. Leo has been our technician for years and now that he has been promoted, Adrian will be our requested technician.

Alex and team from PV Heating Cooling & Plumbing did a great job fixing a burst pipe. They arrived when extend gave me very clear information on all that needed to be done. I will continue to use this company.
D'anis G. moved very efficiently, thoroughly evaluating any additional needs while performing the standard maintenance. He was able to bring to our attention an opportunity to protect our system that would have otherwise gone undetected until a disruption. PV has always been our go to Heating and Air providers and…

MOSES IMMEDIATELY WENT TO WORK WHEN HE ARRIVED AND KEPT ME INFORMED OF EVERYTHING HE WAS DOING , HE DID A GREAT JOB
Adrian was very friendly , professional and helpful.
Much to my chagrin, I’m not receiving the quality of workmanship that other reviewers are raving about. I started using PV Heating and Air this past spring when I purchased two new furnaces from them. Unfortunately, it took three visits for them to get it installed properly - turns out that the condensation drain…
Very professional and knowledgeable specialists. Focused on quality of work and end result, not just sales.
PV offers consistent, quality service in person and on the phone. I’ve been a happy customer for over six years.
I have used PV for 2 major installs and their solutions worked every time. The consultation I received was tailored to the problem I was having, uneven heating and cooling. PV fixed the issue and now I can my home is evenly heated and cooled.
Highly recommend PV Heating & Air. Very knowledgeble & trustworthy.

Scott was just lovely! Excellent service.
We've been working with for PV Heating & Air for about the past two years: First with for insulation in our attic and now for heating and A/C system service and maintenance. My husband was super impressed with the quality of their insulation work — he's in attics a lot for his job — and we especially appreciate the…
Efficient clean nice found a leak in my sink great rates easy to make appointments great service
$142 for a filter is a little pricey. I imagine I’ll find another company next time. That’s right $142 for a filter.
Excellent service. Personable people. We’re cool again.
Russell was just so attentive and great service attention to detail.
Nick Castillo was AMAZING!! He was VERY personable which made me feel extremely comfortable..and he knew his stuff! Nick was able to answer every question I had! Very impressed with his work and professionalism!
Alex Flores was our friendly and knowledgeable tech who troubleshooted our HVAC and quickly got our system up and running. The only hiccup was in scheduling as our service time did keep getting pushed later and later in the day. But that is probably to be expected for emergency calls.
Adrian Lora was our Tech. He did an absolutely phenomenal job. Outstanding! Love this company. We've been using them since before Covid and they're amazing. Highly recommend Adrian and PV Heating & Air.
PV Heating and Air Conditioning is an awesome service provider. If you are considering replacing your HVAC unit(s), you must try PV! I purchased two new units from PV after two other companies visited and serviced my old units. With both of those other companies, I felt as if I was being scammed and being taken…
I liked Scott
Great company with professional techs!

Update: This is the second time we’ve used PV to install another unit to replace the original in our attic. They are professional, on time, thorough and perform quality work. We highly recommend! PV Heating & Air does quality work and has reasonable prices. They installed our 4 ton HVAC system last year (2021) and…

Very knowledgeable and honest. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommend.
Very happy with their service. I recommend them to anyone I hear with HVAC issues. Just a great honest company that cares about its customers and employees. They have even come to a house of mine when the heat went out the very next day. They got the cal on New Years Eve late at night, they went to the house and…
PV always is professional and punctual I was recommended by a friend and I have been happy with them for a year now
I've had PV HVAC replace both of my indoor and outdoor units previously. They perform regular maintenance checks and ensure proper operation. They are responsive to calls, email and text messages. They arrive on time and are respectful of property.
Joshua (technician) was prompt. Professional and personable.
I appreciate the fact that the service technicians are not working on commission. They are honest about the assessment of my HVAC unit and don’t try to sell me extra services.
Awesome service and great price. Very friendly technicians and scheduling people.
I called based on a recommendation by a friend. When I mentioned that there was a gas leak even though the line to the unit was shut off, they came later that afternoon. Steve used a gas detector to pin point the leak. A new gas valve will be ordered and install will be scheduled. If it wasn’t Friday afternoon, the…
Good people, reliable service.
Very professional and knowledgeable team! My family has used them for several years now and we can’t recommend them enough. A thorough assessment was done to determine the best system for my home when it was time to replace the 22 year old system. Extremely happy with my new energy efficient system that is already…
PV Hearing and Air recently installed new dehumidifiers for us along with reconfiguring our air flow. We had no idea how much difference it would make. Talk about the science of comfort! The whole team, including those who studied our problem, recommended solutions, and did the installation were very knowledgeable,…
PV Heating and Air did a great job installing a new mini-split for me and removing some old, damaged ductwork. They were so professional, knowledgeable and reasonable that I will be using them for all of my hvac needs. I only wish they did plumbing too!
Great company! Always friendly and cordial; upfront with any repairs with accurate cost estimates. They installed the system on mail level of my house in 2019. They also did some repairs to my upstairs unit due to incompetence of original installer. They will always have my business!
Everything is fine.
Prompt, courteous
The technician was courteous, knowledgeable and provided superb service.
