Dakota is fantastic, always on-time, fast, reliable.
Mike was fantastic! He was so friendly and professional, and kept us in the loop at every point. He was able to get both of our AC units back up and running!
Dakota was very thorough and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions.
Great experience! Thanks
PV Heating and Air provides excellent service and always goes the extra mile to ensure our heat and air work well. They are expedient when responding to emergency needs. Thank you!
PV performed a pipe repair for us. Work and cleanup was done very well. Highly recommend.
PV Heating and Air is first class. Steven K the technician that did my last routine visit was in and out . Always on time and always delivering high quality service.
Troy from PV Heating & Air in Atlanta is the real deal. The guy showed up, told the truth without any sales games, and backed it up with serious HVAC know-how. He walked us through our Trane system like he designed it himself. No pressure, no upsell — just straight answers and smart recommendations. We’re signing up…
Had my HVAC maintenance conducted by Andre today. He did a great job and went above and beyond by spotting a significant issue with my hot water heater, explaining the issue, and getting me scheduled with someone to address the problem. Thank you, Andre and the PV team!
PV is, without a doubt, the standout leader in the industry! Their commitment to honesty, promptness, and thoroughness sets them apart from the competition. I highly recommend them!
PV always does a great job for my system that they installed. Great service and they are genuinely nice people.
I enjoy doing business with PEAVEY. Very professional and pleasant. On this last project I worked with Matt Maiden on the design and quote for adding make-up air and fresh air input, adding and removing ducts and supply outlets, dehumidifier replacement, and re-balancing the main system. Also, Michael Conkle the…
I switched to PV after using Cool Air for three years and have been absolutely wowed by their service. They're extremely professional, detailed, and approachable folks. We've had a slew of issues the past couple months and they have been able to identify and address them diligently. Special shout-out to Anthony C, Alex F, and Giovanni V 🙏
Andre was fantastic! Very thorough and communicative through the whole process.
Fantastic service from the person that answered the phone too the technician that came out to check the system out!!
PV was great. Our AC stopped working suddenly just before we were about to leave town. I scheduled an appointment online and was surprised how quickly a tech was able to get to our house; being 90degrees+ in Atlanta I was expecting the worst. But at 7am I was able to schedule an 8am-12 time slot for that day and had…
Follow up from 3 years ago, all good still. Responsive, generally knowledgeable, well run organization
My AC stopped working last night. It just shut off. I called PV at 7am. I had to work but left Jacob the tech my door key code. I have used PV for years and I trust them. He diagnosed the issue which was a kink in the condensation line and fixed it while I was at work. He had it fixed by 9:45 am. Jacob told me how…
Excellent company. All employees and very knowledgeable and courteous. I wanted to add that I have been using PV for all of my HVAC work since they started in 2007. I have always been 100% satisfied with their work. Very professional. You can't go wrong with this company. And I am thrilled that they have now added Plumbing as part of their services.
PV Heat and Air has been my go to HVAC company on my multiple rental properties for years. Great service, honest, fair prices. I highly recommend them!
Over the past four years PV Heating, Cooling and Plumbing has taken care of our HVAC and plumbing needs in entirety. These includes par excellence service with maintenance and new installation. They are efficient and on time . They do great work and stand behind it
Very professional and knowledgeable specialists. Focused on quality of work and end result, not just sales.
PV offers consistent, quality service in person and on the phone. I’ve been a happy customer for over six years.
I have used PV for 2 major installs and their solutions worked every time. The consultation I received was tailored to the problem I was having, uneven heating and cooling. PV fixed the issue and now I can my home is evenly heated and cooled.
Very professional answered all of my questions and took their time didn’t feel rushed at all.
PV came out on short notice to diagnose an issue with our AC. The technician, Scott Hartman, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Russell was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend
This is my second review…I have been using PV for about three years now…They do twice a year maintenance checks on my Trane system. Their techs are very highly trained and trustworthy. They treat their customers like they would like to be treated. They are reliable, well trained and VERY friendly and courteous! Don’t…
I spoke with a few different HVAC companies when my wife and I needed a new system. Most of them were happy to spend 10 minutes walking around my home and say "We can replace your system with a new one and here are you good/better/best options. Pick one and pay us". PV was the only company that actually took some…
Beware service and quote fee. Professional and experienced company however I had them come to service an old system, they told me I needed to replace and had their install consultants visit. Their lowest system quote was 40% higher than most and the service fee was not returned - so basically paid for them to provide the highest bid I could not afford.
Thank You, What a fantastic experience to work with such a well-formed group of HVAC guys knowledgeable in every aspect and went over and beyond all expectations. Thanks to Brian Justin Christopher Dustin Colby Omar Neal Ashley Tori and William. Really appreciate them. John and Mary.
Eric I would like to thank you for your professionalism and the great job that you and your team did today. Thanks for putting the finishing touches on our new HVAC system. Sincerely The Young’s
Excellent service! Our AC went out on the hottest week of the year so far. PV was able to get someone out the same day to get it running again. The technician was friendly and knowledgable. Highly recommend!
We were extremely pleased with the service provided by PV Heating and Air to check for leaks and replace a bad capacitor in our air conditioner. Jamey was very experienced, talked us through the issues with our system, and made everything run smoothly as a result of his work. Thank you, PV!
Very happy with their service. I recommend them to anyone I hear with HVAC issues. Just a great honest company that cares about its customers and employees. They have even come to a house of mine when the heat went out the very next day. They got the cal on New Years Eve late at night, they went to the house and…
I HIGHLY recommend PV Heating & Air. I'll write my review with the backstory so people can understand the context. I'm a real estate agent and when I bought my house almost two years ago, I was new to GA and used a "big company" inspector. After working as a Realtor in GA for 2 years, I met an exceptionally great…
Our furnace went out right before Christmas and family coming into town. They were at my house within a couple of hours, resolved the issue, and Gerardo was extremely nice and professional. I would recommend to friends and family!!
Great service! Came very quickly to repair my unit. Thanks!
PV Heating and Air has been my HVAC provider at two homes in the Atlanta area. The owners and service teams go above and beyond with each interaction. At my first home in Atlanta, PV replaced an aging system. They were great throughout the process, helping me to address a number of issues. Support at my second home…
Really prompt and professional. Would definitely use again
I went to their website and filled out "help"form and they called me within 6 hrs. I was able to speak with a very knowledge rep and they helped me understand the issues I was having. I thought I needed alot of work but they helped me to find the best solution that would work for me. I would recommend using PV…
I called based on a recommendation by a friend. When I mentioned that there was a gas leak even though the line to the unit was shut off, they came later that afternoon. Steve used a gas detector to pin point the leak. A new gas valve will be ordered and install will be scheduled. If it wasn’t Friday afternoon, the…
Highly impressed with everything about this business. Leo was awesome. Efficient, professional and knowledgeable . The receptionist I spoke to over the phone was amazing and got me set up with an appointment the next day. Everything was A+ and I’m happy to use their trusted service again.
Excellent service. Professional and friendly
PV Heating and air responded to our service call within hours in the middle of the summer when our AC unit broke down. They were able to diagnose the problem and provide many solutions for the replacement extremely quickly. Their professionalism and attention to detail was impressive from the start and we are so…
These guys were fast to respond, on time, have reasonable & competitive pricing, respectful & clean! (Wear footies when they enter your house and a some wore face mask), are patient and very helpful with going over things. Explaining our existing situation & how to improve it. This company also does attic insulation…
Great professional service that arrives on time and takes care in the house.
Always excellent service and thorough attention to detail. These guys really know their stuff and do not cut corners. We love our Trane system. Rock solid and it does not struggle with cooling unlike our last system.
Eric and Pha are fantastic! They were on time, friendly, and my AC has been working like a dream since! Will definitely hire again and recommend to others.
Great experience with the entire PV Heating & Air crew! On-site representative, Mr. Steve, is knowledgeable and informative. Highly recommend this business.
For all your HVAC needs, the only call you have to make is to PV. I have done business with PV for nearly eight years. They are prompt, professional and very capable. We gutted and rebuilt a high rise condo unit and the original HVAC unit was probably not protected well enough and permanently damaged. In spite…
I've used many HVAC companies over the years for maintenance and repairs and PV Heating and Air is by far the most professional and pleasant to work with of any to date. They were incredibly helpful throughout a process of deciding whether to repair our Pioneer Minisplit system or replace with a new unit, gave…
As usual, communications prior to the service call were timely and clear and PV staff showed up when expected. Heron (PV staff who visitedl) was very consuderate and did a great job. We dont wear shoes in our house and always appreciate that PV staff have (and wear) booties over their shoes when working in our house. Very happy with PV.
PV Heating and Air did a great job installing a new mini-split for me and removing some old, damaged ductwork. They were so professional, knowledgeable and reasonable that I will be using them for all of my hvac needs. I only wish they did plumbing too!
Excellent, very competent, responsive, and importantly, very honest to not up-sell you on things that aren't really needed. Well trained polite staff who coordinates with you well. Does helpful things like independent post inspection check on quality of work performed by install crew that my former "elephant"…
The technician was courteous, knowledgeable and provided superb service.
Always excellent service!
I just can't rate PV high enough. High quality of work, timely and incredible customer service and I'm always confident that they make the right recommendation that protects my property at the lowest cost. It's almost a relief when a problem pops up around the house that PV can solve because I know I'm in good…
It all started with an emergency call to Peavey HVAC. After searching the internet for good reviews, I selected Peavey. From that point on, they became my HVAC people. They maintained my unit for years. If they saw an issue on the horizon, they alerted me ahead of time so I could budget for it. Joe and his team are…
