This review is long overdue. As a result of getting married last year, my wife’s house needed to be sold, but had some needed repairs, including a roof replacement. Alan made us a very fair offer with him taking care of repairs and marketing the property. It sold within 30 days. We netted what we wanted and Alan did everything he promised. It was a Win/Win for all concerned. Highly recommend him and his team! Would use him again with confidence!
