This is our second dealing with QCI and mold problems in our Florida condo. (At the end of this current review, you can read my first review of QCI). We now had a new mold problem, this time it was much more extensive in the kitchen. We discovered the problem the day before we were to leave. Luckily, this time, I knew who to call and trust with the removal. I called Steve at QCI, he told me when he would be out. Trusting him from our first mold incident, I gave him instructions of how to get into our condo since we were not going to be there. He was there when he said he would be, called me to update me on what needed to be done, within a day I had an estimate, and within a week, he had started to remove the mold. It was a BIG job that entailed taking down cabinets, moving the stove, taking apart walls, etc. He was even able to recommend a fantastic plumber when our plumber would not respond to us. His plumber was able to go out that day, give us a quote, and start on repiping immediately. Plumbing now done, mold removed, and much of the restoration finished. We decided redo the kitchen since so many cabinets were already down (originally we planned to do that next year so just moved it up a year). Steve and his crew are fantastic to work with. Steve is what everyone is looking for when a problem such as mold appears - a great communicator, honest, prompt, and can get the job done quickly and efficiently. Do not hesitate to call Steve/QCI if you have a mold problem. He takes care of his clients as if they are family. FIRST REVIEW: Arriving at our vacation home, we discovered mold in our 2nd bedroom closet. I did what I tell others not to do, went online, found QCI, and called them with very little research about them or getting a second opinion. THEY WERE GREAT! Steve, the owner, came out quickly, tested for mold, told us what needed to be done, sent an estimate and began work within days (which was appreciated since we had guests coming soon). QCI crew were amazing. They all worked hard and efficiently in a small space to remove the mold. They also discovered the cause of the mold which we were able to get taken care of that day. After a few days of fans & other equipment to make sure the area was dry, they started on our restoration. Again, the crew was amazing and completed the job quickly and professionally. The finished area looks great! I highly recommend QCI to whoever has a mold concern.

We couldn't be more pleased with the work performed by QCI for mitigation of water and mold damage caused by an AC failure in our Naples Condo. Steve Delgado and his team are excellent - very professional, easy (and pleasant) to work with and responsive. From the rapid same day response and initial assessment by Steve, regular communication, to the speed and high caliber work throughout the project - it was a very well managed project. We found our damage when we arrived for Thanksgiving, and all the work was completed at our request by the time we came back for Christmas. This work included mold mitigation, replacing some walls, doors and all the flooring, and painting most of the condo. Steve is an expert and prepares very detailed reports of the damage and work completed, including mold testing results, materials and labor, and numerous before and after photos. It was very easy to simply upload his agreement and reports to our Insurance website. We haven't received a final determination from insurance yet, but I assume Steve's proposals and reports put us in the best position for receiving maximum insurance compensation. This was simply the best experience we have ever had with any type of service or rehab related work, and we highly recommend QCI Mold and Water Damage. Patrick and Denise B.

I highly recommend QCI for all your remediation needs. They're experts at what they do, they're very responsive, conscientious and most importantly they care for their customers. Our house was severely flooded with Hurricanes Helene and Milton. When no other company could come out and we needed remediation desperately, they sent their crew from miles away and got to us the very next day! Their crew worked day and night to prevent mold from growing and save our home. They did an amazing job!
