I was very impressed with Edgar Gonzalez, he is the only person that looked at my roof and told me I didn’t have enough ventilation for the size of my roof and house, he asked if it was hotter upstairs and I said yes and that’s when he told me what I needed.Very professional but personable and friendly. I had a concern, I texted him after hours and he called me to put my mind at ease. The rest of the team were professional and knew what they were doing, worked from 7:30 till 7 that night and you wouldn’t know they were even here. Got a lot of flax from people for using an out of town roofer but I asked Edgar if something were to happen would they come back and fix it and he said definitely, matter of fact he said just text me and I will take care of it. Couldn’t ask for anymore. Would definitely recommend this company wherever you live for a new roof.

Christian Galvan came out and did an inspection and gave me honest feedback and he sealed a vent that I had an issue with. Definitely give him a call.

We had a really great experience with Qualis Roofing and Construction. They recently replaced our roof and gutters. John Yoon managed the project and was very good at communicating status and progress throughout. He provided helpful information at every step of the project and helped us make material and color choices. Once choices were made the project was completely quickly. We would consider Qualis Roofing and Construction for future projects.

Our experience was wonderful!! John and Christian showed up after a hail storm in our town to let us know they were working on the roof of one of our neighbors and there may be noise. So many people came by following the storm and our town has it where companies aren't supposed to come soliciting without obtaining a permit. Right away I recognized their company because it was posted that they were the only ones that had stopped in our City office to obtain a permit.
In talking with them, we decided to let them simply inspect the roof since we knew many on our street had been replacing their roof. That day they did an inspection, however we weren't quite ready to take action. They sent me the report as promised, and we left it at that for over a month. They didn't make me feel pressured and simply waited essentially until we decided to reach back out. From the moment we said we were ready to move forward John did a great job at communicating what we needed to do and all the steps. They were here when our insurance appraiser did their report, and then were up front with their process and costs. I loved all the communication from start to finish!! They replaced both our roof and gutters and both look amazing, they were quick and thorough. I highly recommend Qualis!! Thank you John and Christian for helping us through this process!!!

These guys are the best. I had a leak in my roof and they came out immediately to get it patched while waiting on insurance. They worked with the insurance company and replaced my roof quickly and communicated with me through the entire process. I cannot recommend these guys enough.

Christian was upfront and honest even when there was no benefit to him since I recently had my roof replaced a couple of years ago. When I do need a replacement or another inspection I’ll be sure to request him.

We had Christian come out to inspect our roof this past month. He was honest, professional, and had great communication throughout the entire process. He always responded quickly and never made me feel pressured. What I appreciated most was his honesty—he actually told me that my roof didn’t need to be done at this time instead of trying to sell me something I didn’t need.
