Very responsible and dependable. Quick with repairs and efficient. ,Siarhei was friendly and informative. No hidden fees, up front with cost of repairs and very fast. Replaced rollers and spot checked LG dryer. Would definitely call them again.
Note: The answering service was very hard to understand.

Aaron came out to look at my LG washer. It kept throwing an error code and stopping mid-cycle. Coincidentally, this started after my new dryer was installed. My plumber, who happened to be by for another issue, and the delivery people, who came back to the next day to check, both told me, without really evaluating carefully, that the washer was defective (only 14 months old). I decided to call a repair person vs buying another washer.
Aaron was quick and after an evaluation realized the delivery people had not turned the cold water back on (The faucet was apparently defective and leaking badly)!
The service from Quality Appliance Repair, from the first call (answered immediately) to the visit the next day, and finally to conclusion, was professional, speedy and cost me $85. The plumber visiting again to correct the leaky faucet was considerably more expensive.
I have now added QAR to my service roster!
The repairman was on time and skilled enough to diagnose the problem. He got approval by me for the proposed cost of the repair, and worked pretty quickly to finish the job.

During our diagnostic, we thoroughly checked all supplier networks, but unfortunately, because of the unit's age, the necessary replacement parts have been completely discontinued by the manufacturer with no safe substitutions available.
