The customer service is very poor, and the prices are way too high.
I’ve called the store to approach this problem prior to leaving a review. They said they were unable to do anything. We purchased 5 panda Cory Dora’s yesterday 8/28/26 at approximately 5pm. We drove home acclimated them to the tank, tested water prior to adding them and all levels were within guidelines. Less than 12 hours later all 5 are dead with fins disintegrating. At the moment the remaining fish in our tank appear to still be healthy. While the shop notes no refunds the complete lack of concern for the quality of product they sold and blame placed on the owner makes a bad business model. While the store was friendly and has a nice selection I would never purchase from here again because it’s not as the name suggests a quality product.
Great fish store, family owned and operated. Very friendly and knowledgeable and willing to help out anyway they can. Highly recommend.
Really friendly, very knowledgeable staff. They have well thoughts out selections and a huge variety of freshwater fish. For example they have Cardinal tetras but not terribly inbred neon tetras. A better choice if you're looking for longevity, healthy tanks, and a flash of color. Stable established isolated tank systems and they're careful with inventory. Every time I've gone I've learned something and seen new fish. Thumbs U p!
Large selection and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
Absolutely huge amount of variety here! Staff is very friendly and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. Really the premier place to go for larger South American Cichlids. Many breeds were completely new to me. Definitely plan on returning soon!
Just bought an alligator gar yesterday and four peacock bass last year. This place has Predators! I'm growing them out for my plywood build tank.
It's really cool to see fishes you never seen before and they are my favorite people they are kind also know what to do and they have the stuff you need but not sometimes
Great family run place. As with any fish store, sometimes there can be some fish that shipped badly, but Andy is great about making sure sick fish don't go home with you. Tons of variety and options too!
