I have had the opportunity to work with Quality Builders and Renovations on numerous occasions over the last few years. I have found them to be great to work with. They work well with customers and other contractors. They communicate well and follow through on scheduled commitments. They provide a good quality product at a reasonable rate.
They one my first calls when looking for assistance on a project.
Price assessment: Reasonable price

Thank you, Cliff! Knowing we're one of your first calls when a project comes up genuinely means everything to us. We do put a lot of care into communicating clearly and showing up when we say we will, so hearing that it comes through for you over multiple projects is really rewarding. Looking forward to the next one!
Chuy and everyone at Quality Builders are caring and attentive professionals who have completed all of our jobs wonderfully and with careful regard for our budget. My wife and I have already used Quality Builders for our floors, garage repairs, roof repairs, siding, installing a fence with a gate, and painting the exterior, and we couldn't be happier. Not only are Chuy and Miguel friendly and thorough during planning, but they let their team's work speak for itself. Neighbors, impressed with the results, professionalism, and respect during lengthy projects, have asked us to put them in contact. Of course, we have also recommended Quality Builders to friends. If they can't help you with some aspect of your home, they surely know someone who can, as we've discovered, and they have also been top-quality, honorable professionals. In a word: integrity.

Julian, thank you so much for the kind words. It truly means a lot to me, Miguel, and the entire QBR team. We really appreciate the trust you and your wife have placed in us and your recommendations to friends and neighbors. Thank you again for your support—we truly appreciate it!
The folks who work here are absolutely top notch! I used them for a fairly complicated complete backyard renovation and their attention to detail and professionalism were above and beyond my expectations. (I have worked with contractors fairly often in the past.) The supervisors and the workers are prompt, courteous, industrious, full of excellent suggestions, and all around nice guys. You can expect them to do the quality work behind the finished product that is essential to a good outcome.
I wish I could give more stars. Chuy, Miguel, and their entire team are beyond amazing. Chuy has such attention to detail and can make any vision come to life. I cannot get over the quality of craftsmanship AND his level of communication. He and his team were always on time and rolled with every punch. We couldn’t have done this renovation without them.
We had such a great experience with Quality Builder and Renovations. They completely transformed our commercial building into something modern, functional, and beautiful.
Chuy, Miguel, and Bryan were awesome to work with—communication was clear the whole time, and I never felt out of the loop. I honestly thought their timeline sounded too good to be true, but they proved me wrong and delivered!
The quality of their work really shows. They truly live up to their name!
I’ve known Chuy probably going on 10 years. He has pretty much touched every room in my house. From bathroom renovation, painting the whole inside of my home, Putting luxury vinyl flooring in the house. And has even done some landscaping for me!
He and his crew are very professional, polite, and do what they say they will do. I encourage you to call QBR for Your next project.
I have had the pleasure of working with Quality Builders on three projects. The first was a complete home renovation on a rental property in Santa Rosa that I was selling. The project was done on time with quality workmanship. I was able to sell the home in 3 days for well over asking price. The second time was updating a property I purchased as a rental. I had a new fence installed and an additional bedroom created. Again, completed on time with superior quality. The third time, Quality Builders completed a bathroom remodel on another one of my rentals. It turned out beautiful. I highly recommend Quality Builders for whatever your home improvement needs are. They can handle everything!
Can't say enough good things about Quality Builders and Renovations. We had them remodel our master bathroom and kitchen and Chuy and Miguel listened to what we wanted, showed us lots of options for cabinets, finishes, counter tops to choose from.
We had them start the work the day before we left for a two week vacation and the kitchen was 95% done and functional and usable the day we got back. Not to mention they found quite a bit of dry rot behind our kitchen sink and restored that as well.
The bathroom was actually a bit bigger of a job as we needed a small wall and doorway removed. And the bathroom is now very opened up and really quite beautiful- we really like all the work that was done. Both the kitchen and bathroom look great.
Now, get ready for the kicker! They finished the job 10% UNDER our given budget! Even WITH the extra dry rot repair! That earns them the job of remodeling the master bathroom and fixing and redoing the squeaky floors in there after the first of the year!
Super nice and friendly crew and always professional with good communication.
We’ve had the pleasure of working with Quality Builders and Renovations on several projects, and the experience has been outstanding every time. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality are truly impressive. Communication is always clear and timely, and they go above and beyond to make sure everything is done right.
It’s rare to find a builder who combines excellent craftsmanship with such integrity and reliability. We’re grateful for the partnership and look forward to many more successful projects together. Highly recommend!
