Tom did our home inspection when we were under a strict time frame and we plan on using him again in the future! He was so proficient and even pulled as aside a few times to explain some of the flags that popped up. He has great character and I would recommend him to anyone!
Tom went above and beyond for me! He was so thorough and took the time to really make sure every part of the home was in good condition he explain everything, which made me feel completely confident about the home I wanted to buy. I never felt rushed, and I knew he was looking out for me and making sure nothing was overlooked. I didn’t end up getting that home due to a contingency but will call Tom when I do find my next home. I’m so glad I chose Tom and would absolutely recommend him to anyone buying a home!
Thorough, detailed, reliable, thoughtful, knowledgeable, honest, professional. Can't speak more highly about Tom and his work. He's clearly not in this just for business, but truly cares about his clients and providing them a useful product. Would absolutely recommend using Tom for a home inspection.
Tom was the most thorough inspector that I have met, and the detailed report was comprehensive. He left no stone unturned, and not only did he deliver a detailed report with photos and videos, but he also gave recommendations as well as some do-it-yourself suggested repairs for some of the small things. I can't recommend him highly enough.
Tom Martin helped my family by providing a full home inspection, and it was very last minute so thank you again for being there for us when we were under a time crunch. Tom sent a very thorough report, and was available by phone to go over a few things with me. Thanks , highly recommend trying out Quality Check!
Tom is awesome - he explained the entire process to me from start to finish, and was thorough, honest, and kind. I’d recommend Tom for any inspection job in a heartbeat!
As first-time home buyers, we couldn’t have asked for a better home inspector than Tom. His inspection was incredibly thorough, detailed, and professional from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we understood what to look out for moving forward. His knowledge and attention to detail gave us a lot of confidence throughout the process. We truly appreciated his willingness to answer any of our questions. We would absolutely recommend Tom to anyone looking for a trustworthy and informative home inspector!
I highly recommend Tom Martin from Quality Check Home Inspection! He was incredibly thorough, inspecting every inch of the house from the roof to the foundation. The report was detailed, easy to read, and included clear photos of every concern. The insights provided helped us make a confident decision. It was a pleasure working with him.
Tom did a great job when I hired him for an inspection in Westport this past November. He was friendly, prompt, working quickly and thoroughly but stopped to explain anytime we had questions. He then wrote up a detailed report and sent it quickly as promised. Highly recommend him, and I’ll definitely be using his services again.
I recently hired Tom from Quality Home Inspection for an inspection on a property I am purchasing. I was really impressed with Tom's professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail! From the start, communication was excellent and timely. The inspection was scheduled quickly and everything was clear. During the inspection, Tom was incredibly thorough and even took the time to point out important findings and answered all of my questions. The final report was delivered promptly, it is extremely well organized, and included clear pictures with explanations and recommendations. As a first time home buyer, I was extremely nervous and Tom immediately put me at ease by taking extra time to explain everything so patiently. Tom really went above and beyond from start to finish. I feel completely confident and informed in my home buying decision. I highly recommend Quality Check Home Inspection! My advice to any home buyer is to never buy a home until you have Tom inspect it!!!! Thank you. I am forever grateful!
