This was a pretty straightforward fix for a busted waterline on a fridge. I received the labor quote on the scheduling call and was fine with it. The contractor called when the work was done and was bizarrely argumentative that the work was done and I had to pay him a full labor rate. I had no problem with paying the full rate which was quoted to me at our first call — and hadn’t argued the price with him. He said customers try not to pay him when the work was so easy. This wasn’t our case and I was happy to pay full rate. He did comp the inexpensive parts which was appreciated but not the best customer service experience on a very easy service call.
Ten stars — quick to schedule, diagnose, and resolve my washing machine issue. I am now a repeat customer and hired them again later for a fridge door reversal. Amiable technicians.

This group has been great. Super responsive, great communication. They got back to me right away after I emailed them, and they came out immediately the next business day. We have a complex, stacked Whirlpool washer / dryer setup that they handled well. Would absolutely recommend if you're looking for fast and professional service.
