I recently had Zach Primm of Quality Exteriors out to evaluate my roof, and I was impressed with the professionalism and thoroughness of the estimate process. Zach was prompt, courteous, and respectful of my time. He took the time to conduct a detailed inspection by getting up on the roof, taking clear photos, and checking all the trouble spots.
When presenting the quote, Zach provided me through written breakdown, explaining what repairs were necessary, offering different material/repair options, and providing a transparent, fair price with no high-pressure sales tactics. All my questions were answered clearly and patiently. I would highly recommend that anyone needing roof repair or replacement contact Quality Exteriors and ask for Zach.

Great roofing company. Love my roof. Chuck Russell took care of everything for me. Scheduling the job, getting 2nd quote from my insurance when additional work needed to be done. Wonderful overall experience. I didn't have to worry about a thing.

My overall experience was GREAT!
Chuck gave me the absolute best price with an outstanding product, the best warranty along with excellent communication throughout my roof replacement. The crew that installed my roof was outstanding!
The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the lack of attention to detail from the “ on site supervisor “. I feel he could have been more proactive rather than reactive. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.
