After calling another pest control company that quoted me over $4,000, I decided to get a second opinion, and I am SO glad I did. I had one incident where a mouse likely died inside my wall, leaving an awful smell in my house. I had never seen droppings or heard any scratching, but the first company tried to sell me a huge, expensive plan that wasn't even clearly explained. They were ready to start the very next day, and while the smell was certainly unpleasant, I was skeptical about spending over $4,000 after what seemed to be a one-time incident. Then I called Quality Pest Solutions and spoke with Dale. Just having that initial phone conversation, I received more care, explanation, and reassurance than I had from the other company. Dale gave me a much more reasonable quote for a first step, came out the next day, and thoroughly assessed my entire house. Here's what really impressed me: Dale absolutely could have sold me a whole lot of services. I was ready to spend some money (although not thousands of dollars) because I wanted to make sure mice stayed out of my house! But instead of taking advantage of that, he was honest. He explained that he believed this was likely a one-time incident, pointed out a few areas of concern, and suggested that we could probably address them ourselves with some cement for a fraction of the cost. That kind of honesty and integrity is increasingly hard to find. Dale could have easily sold us on a service we didn't need, but instead, he took the time to explain the situation, give us practical advice, and help us figure out what actually made sense. Obviously, I hope I never have to call a pest control company again because I would very much prefer to live in a house completely free of unwanted critters 😂 but if I ever do need help again, Quality Pest Solutions will be my first call. If you're dealing with a pest issue, please do yourself a favor and give this company a call. It's reassuring to know there are still businesses out there that genuinely care about their customers, take pride in their work, and prioritize doing the RIGHT thing over making a quick buck. Highly, highly recommend!
I had never heard of this company before today. I called on my lunch break and they asked if 1:00 pm worked for me. Dale came out and explained the chemicals and the process. He treated 2 wasp nests for me that had been bothering me for a couple of weeks. Great service, will definitely call again.
Dale came by today for our annual service. He was very knowledgeable and just a good guy. Answered our questions and was in and out in 15 min. Great customer service.
We had an issue with very aggressive yellow jackets. Their nest was underground near our house. Dale came out promptly and took care of the problem.
I called and talked with Dale and told him of my problem with a rat digging under my house and he told me to go and buy a rat trap on Amazon. I didn’t expect him to say that and thought he would come to my house to check the area out. I guess he didn’t want to do the job!!! Very poor business approach !
