I called them because my SSI was remanded back and I another chance at a hearing. I didn’t have a lawyer the first time thought I could do it myself but obviously was over my head. Didn’t know about these RFC’s forms. My Psychiatrist did one after I lost favorable for me & athey won’t take me which is very upsetting because I have X-rays new diagnosis such a strong case and it’s like they don’t want to do the work unless it’s a definite win and it’s one hearing I did all the work that’s all I needed.

Our office reviews remanded SSI cases individually and sometimes must decline representation when we believe we cannot materially change the outcome, not because we don’t want to help. We do accept new and material medical evidence—RFCs, x‑rays, and new diagnoses—and would be glad to review those records and the remand decision if you submit them to our intake team for reconsideration. If you were already declined and need alternatives, consider contacting local legal aid or a disability advocate who handles remands.
