Queen Bee Cleaning Services

Queen Bee has been cleaning my house for 6 months now. They do a thorough job and communicate very well!

Owner not transparent about cost of service. Seems to be more interested in money than doing what she quoted. The first cleaner the owner provided did a nice job. The second cleaner left quickly after I questioned to owner about the price she had quoted me previously. I said why the higher price? She said well sales tax to which i replied you quoted me this price everytime. Not the price you are giving me now. She texted the cleaner who left immediately. I would not recommend her to anyone because she was not honest about price. If your charging sales tax which is the law I want to see a sales tax permit. If your charging sales tax that makes it reportable to the state and IRS, which means you deduct for social security. Not happy with the non transparency about quoted price and actual price. Just saying.

Abigail did a great job cleaning my house. It was her first time there. Hope I continue to get her.

Queen Bee Cleaning is a miracle worker and if I could give Rosario and the cleaning team 10 stars, I would! While I recently received quotes from several companies, we selected Queen Bee to clean a family member’s house prior to moving out. Rosario, the company owner, responded promptly to my inquiry for a quote, met with me and walked through the house taking detailed notes, and provided a price at the end of her visit. The price she quoted was the final price. She also followed up our walkthrough with a formalized summary email and price quote. Rosario is a great communicator and easily accessible for questions too. We scheduled the cleaning for several days later. The team of ladies arrived promptly and deep cleaned impressively! The whole house sparkled, and it was some of the best money we’ve spent as part of this move. Rosario visited several times during the cleaning to check on things, and then we completed a walk through at the conclusion to make sure everything was completed to my expectations and to her very high standards! Rosario and Queen Bee are excellent, and I HIGHLY recommend them.

Rosario, the owner of this business, arranged to come walk through my home and to find out what I wanted done within a few days of my call. She let me know cost at that time and scheduled when two young women would come clean; and they arrived at scheduled time. Rosario texted me when they were nearing completion and had me inspect their job to make sure it was done to my satisfaction. They did a great job! I was most pleased with my wood flours which shone like they never had. Their cleaning of tile shower was also impressive. I would highly recommend this cleaning service and will use them in the future for deep cleaning.😀

Rosario provides a trustworthy and reliable cleaning service that does excellent work. That's the summary for those who need a TL;DR version. We had Rosario and her team clean our home biweekly for years. We'd still be using Queen Bee if not for the fact that we had to move out of state. Their work was always well worth the money--and much more meticulous and customized than the franchise cleaners. We have cats and dogs (so deal with pet hair), work long hours, and it was hard to keep up with the cleaning as much as we would have preferred. Rosario and her teams were always a huge relief. It was so nice to know that after they came our home would be in good order. Rosario always addressed any issues right away, and she has a meticulous eye for cleaning and high expectations for everyone on her teams. She is also great about communicating regarding both scheduling and payment. It was easy to keep a regular cleaning schedule, and we always knew we could count on Rosario to ensure a good job was done. She even came through for us in a huge way for a last-minute deep cleaning to list our home for sale, with her team going above and beyond to make the home sparking for listing photos. Rosario - I wish we could still be in Lincoln!! We'll return one day and we'll hope to return to Queen Bee!!
