I noticed the “Queens of Clean” office while driving home from Crestwood to Frankfort, & stopped on a whim. “Tosha” listened to my urgent request for residential cleaning, asked questions & wrote detailed notes. She estimated the time they would need for the work inside my 1970’s split level home & provided an estimate.
The Queens arrived on the day before my surgery, & 2 days before my of town guests. Both my guests are allergic to cats (we have 4!), both overnighted & neither guest reported allergic symptoms; in fact, both confirmed no symptoms!
Three workers, Alexandra, Susana & Janeta; did the work of six! The work they did & thoroughness of that work is remarkable! They asked me questions about what I wanted done & answered all of mine. Professional, Efficient & Effective. I will hire Queens of Clean again!

Wow we are so impressed! Queens of Clean did a fantastic job! We had a very difficult job for them to do, requiring a lot of heavy duty cleaning and they certainly rose to the challenge. If you're looking to have a cleaning job done, don't hesitate to call them!

I would not recommend this cleaning company based on my experience!! I paid $515 for what was advertised as a detailed move-in deep cleaning, and the quality of the work fell far below what was promised. Numerous areas were either overlooked or not cleaned at all. The baseboards were still dirty, the walls were not spot-cleaned, every window sill was missed, there was no high or low dusting completed, and the downstairs bathroom was essentially untouched. After I raised my concerns, the company sent a second team to finish the job. Unfortunately, even after the return visit, many of the same issues remained. Lastly, When I asked the worker Josh if the dirt was coming off of the baseboard in the bathroom, he became visibly upset and responded that they had other clients to get to. While I understand that companies have busy schedules, I expected the service I paid for to be completed before moving on to another appointment & that is what I stated to him and he immediately got upset said that he wasn't gonna be talked to like that, stormed out of my house aggressively swung my screen door open & it hit the outside wall. As a customer, I believe it's reasonable to expect clear communication and a respectful response when asking about the status of the work being done in my home. I have attached some of the photos, but not all to show you what they consider CLEAN! HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE !!

Thank you for your feedback. We take all customer concerns seriously, which is why we immediately dispatched a secondary team within 30 minutes of your call to address the areas you mentioned. The photos you attached to the review are the same photos you sent to our office prior to the second crews arrival. We shared those photos with our crew to ensure those things were completed. I received photo confirmation that all areas were complete. Unfortunately, I don't have the option to upload the photos of the areas that were cleaned.
At the conclusion of that return visit, you explicitly confirmed to our team that everything was completed to your satisfaction and thanked us for the prompt resolution. We hold our staff to high standards of communication and care, and we always aim to leave every home in excellent condition. We are disappointed to see this review given your confirmation at the time, but we wish you the best in your new home.
I have had work related and medical issues lately and when my daughter suggested a maid service, I resisted. Am I so glad I changed my mind I was embarrassed because my home had become in my mind so dirty. This company is wonderful my team, Jeremy, Francine and Steve were fantastic. They went above and beyond my expectations. They organized things without being asked and made everything that was a huge mess look 100 times better. If you want a great experience this company is the go to for that. My daughter paid for this so I'm not sure of the cost but let me tell you, you will not be sorry you paid it. Thanks again Queen of Clean.

Could not recommend this crew enough! They deep cleaned the entire house for an incredibly reasonable price. Even after they finished cleaning, they offered to help decorate for the party out of the kindness of their hearts. We will be hiring them back for consistent cleanings moving forward.
