Quick Action! Wow!! It is truly awesome to interact with individuals who know and love their job. Willy, I don't have enough space here to say how awesome, efficient, detailed, personable. Ask for Willy. Knows his job like AI. I asked and he answered ALL of my questions regarding repairing my bedroom faucet that had ran its life expectancy. He replaced, added, and installed updated parts to ensure that it would last another 30 years. He further upgraded a hose bib that required an anti-siphon device. When I showed him what I needed in order to pass an inspection, he knew exactly what was needed. Willy is an ultimate professional. I had a replacement part installed last week on my tankless system. Less than 4 days later the system seems to randomly run without a hot water request. When I asked for a tech to come out to fix whatever setting/switch that needs to be adjusted, I'm being charged another appt fee?! I'll adjust rating if there "was a miscommunication" on their end.
