I had my Maytag washing machine stop spinning unfortunately on a weekend and with some DYI I realized I would need a part and just wanted to make sure it was done right the first time. David was super professional and communicated great explaining what was needed and was able to help me on a Saturday. Truly appreciate his service level and will use and recommend him to anyone looking for an appliance repair!!

I called Saturday evening, but we are out of his service area (Salem to East Gresham). He gave us some things to try. Like unplug fridge, turn circuit break on to off and back on, even if not tripped. Upstairs I replugged the fridge in and a short time later the fridge was working and cold. We called Quick Fix to come to see what the problem was that our dishwasher wasn't draining. David came and diagnosed the problem which was that the drain pump went out. We priced a new dishwasher & found it to be more cost-effective to have a new pump installed. We certainly will call Quick Fix in the future.

David from Quick Fix Appliance and Handyman Repair promptly responded to my need for assistance with my 2003 Amana refrigerator which was not running or freezing properly and water was leaking from the freezer. David is courteous, respectful, attentive, and listens to you in order to help resolve the problem. After talking to me and then checking areas in the refrigerator where parts are located, he was able to diagnose the problem, explain it to me, went over the costs involved in order to find, order and replace the part needed, all of which I greatly appreciated. After the part arrived for my refrigerator, David contacted me to schedule a convenient time for me so he could return to my home to install the new part for my refrigerator. And David made sure my refrigerator was running satisfactorily as it should be. I very much appreciate David's respectful and courteous manner and professionalism as he listened to me explain the symptoms my refrigerator was having. I was impressed with David's ability to diagnose the problem, his expertise and how quickly he was able to repair my refrigerator. And I genuinely appreciate David's customer service support and commitment to making sure my needs are taken care of and that I am a satisfied customer, which I am. Thank you David very much.
