Horrible, I thought I was ordering prints online through Walgreens. They asked for half down so $154 I paid. Then I get to Walgreens and they had no record that I paid anything and so I then had to pay another $120 dollars. Walgreens was very kind to give me 60% off the total price. Because they felt bad for what I had to pay. Quick prints took the $154 for doing nothing. Never again will I make that mistake. Scam stay away.

"Hi, we're truly sorry to hear about your experience. To clear this up: Quick Prints of Florida is not affiliated with Walgreens in any way. It looks like the company you paid used the name "QuickPrints" for a photo printing service that goes through a third-party printer, which left you thinking you were dealing with us. We never received your order or your payment.
Please check your bank or card statement for the exact merchant name on that $154 charge. That will show you who actually took your money. If they don't respond to you, we'd strongly recommend filing a chargeback with your bank.
We're a local print company that takes pride in delivering for every client, big or small. We focus on events and business printing, not photo prints. Because this review is about a different company, it could really hurt our small business, so we'd kindly ask you to consider taking it down.
I'd be glad to talk this through with you. Please call me directly 954-594-9415

I cannot thank Quick Prints enough for everything they did for my daughter's prom experience. When it felt like everything was falling apart and going wrong, they stepped in and truly went above and beyond to help me. They made sure everything came together perfectly and gave me peace of mind during such an important moment.
Their kindness, professionalism, patience, and dedication does not go unnoticed. I'm beyond grateful and thankful for the care they showed.
A very special thank you to Will and Nicole for being so amazing throughout the entire process. You both made a stressful situation feel so much easier, and I truly appreciate everything you did to help make my daughter's prom special. ✨

William the design tech was EVERYTHING!
An unfortunate event took place where my sign got completely destroyed and more William following up ( as every good business person should ) asked me how was my night I felt so inclined to give him a brief summary of the unfortunate events that took place not only did they replace my sign but they gained a loyal customer for life I cried that whole day I was beyond grateful for every single step they took to helping me out.
I love you guys so very much I’m beyond grateful for all of your hard work
