Always breaks down or stops while in the car wash. Other then that it's ok

To clarify, when you experience a stop in the wash that is actually the wash's safety features working as designed. When someone fails to exit when signaled the anti-collision sensors will stop the wash until the vehicle clears for the safety of those inside the wash. Another instance would be in a customer is having difficulty loading into the wash - our team will stop the wash to assist them and ensure they are loaded safely and correctly and then restart the wash when it is safe to do so. The wash is designed to do this and will restart at the same timing so wash quality should not be affected. We understand that this may be concerning when inside the wash and unaware of the reason for the stop so we hope this puts your mind at ease.
