Customers frequently praise the staff's helpfulness, speed, and willingness to assist with tasks like tire cleaning or vacuuming, often leading to membership sign-ups. The facility offers drive-thru washing, vacuuming, and detailing services at reasonable prices. However, low-star reviews highlight recurring issues with equipment damaging vehicle parts, inconsistent wash quality, and difficulties canceling memberships or resolving accident claims.

Great experience, Andrea was so kind. I couldn’t put my car in Neutral and she helped guide me on how to properly put it in neutral. Will be coming back!
Always clean and friendly. Sometimes I’ve come here right before closing time and they are happy to serve me unlike others. Even when I have to stay way late and vacuum they leave the vacuum running till I’m done.
