Sammy came right over to install the water heater for us the next day after our request. He was organized and polite and quick with the job. This company respond very fast for our requests previously. Highly recommend!
I wanted to give a big thank you to Quick Water Heater. Our tankless water heater was a bit off and intermittently went from hot to cold water several times during a shower. Ben Came out to investigate then found that some of the parts had been damaged (potentially from an internal leak inside the unit). I immediately thought that we would have to replace the entire water heater, but he further investigated and took the time to call the manufacturer to find out replacement parts were still under warranty. He ordered parts to be delivered, and brought them over so the unit could be repaired. As opposed to immediately pushing us to get a new water heater, he gave us options and saved us a lot of money. In addition to Ben’s excellent service, Sammy was also a great player in fixing our unit. They both assisted in doing the repairs and answered all of our questions. Both were very friendly and knowledgeable guys. When we first got our tankless heater 10+ years ago, Quick Water Heater was the one that helped in recommending the proper size for our unit. Each time they’ve been very professional, and most of all have been extremely honest in providing the services that we needed. Thanks again guys, we’re extremely grateful!
