Richard was great! Two months ago, I took my five-year-old iPhone in for a second opinion. Another local shop had essentially shrugged it off as too much work because of its age. They didn’t even open the phone, they just assumed it was a lost cause, even though it still booted up and only got stuck at the network connection phase after a hard reset. I walked out of QuickFix with a working phone just a few hours after dropping it off. Despite the extensive water damage, Richard was able to get me by just by repairing the Bluetooth and cellular components. I only needed the phone to last another month until the new iPhone came out, but nearly two months later, it still works. I’ll now be passing it off to a family member. One final thing, they actually had the niche parts needed for a five-year-old phone in stock, whereas the other shop claimed they would have to order them for an iPhone 13 even if it was fixable and that it wouldn’t be worth it. Definitely give these guys a try if you’re looking for a quick turnaround from a shop that actually keeps components on hand.

Jason is the best, I have never seen someone as quick as him, extremely friendly. They fixed my phone in a jiffy. I mean 10 minutes he made my broken phone to brand new. best of the best service. Jason is your go to guy. 1000 starts just for him.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM. My phone was cracked and worked better completely cracked than when they fixed it. I paid almost $300 and the tech advised if i had “ANY ISSUES besides the phone being lost or cracked” to bring it in and they would fix it for free as it was under warranty for 2 yrs. Lies. After they fixed it, my camera was wonky and blurry, phone was glitchy (wasn’t before) and then they tried charging me to fix camera when they were the ones who messed it up in the first place. A day after being repaired, the screen they put in was practically hanging out and not installed correctly. It wouldn’t sense my finger very well. I continued to have issues and brought it back a second time to have them “fix it” but nothing changed. They again said it would be a separate charge to fix the camera. Finally the screen completely stopped working less than a month later, was not sensing my finger at all. I brought it in as it literally was burning out in the corner because it was never installed right. Then they proceed to call me after i drop it off the THIRD TIME in a month and say that after looking at the phone it was caused by physical damage lol. complete waste of money and scam artists. definitely go elsewhere!!!!

I called around and Quik Fix had the best price to replace the battery on my phone. It was like a quick 45 min fix. I will def come back again!

I've been here twice for screen replacements and both times the employees were so nice and helpful. I definitely recommend this place if you need any phone repairs. Their prices are also very competitive.

Kaycee was superb!!! Up front about all possibilities that could have been an issue with my husbands iPhone 17 pro max, got a new screen, a tempered glass protector, and a new otterbox case for better durability in case that bad boy decides to jump ship again. I highly recommend any phone issues you go here, grabbed extra cards to dish out. The look on my husbands face said it all when we picked up his phone after taking it in. They did an excellent job, it’s as if nothing was ever wrong!!!! Five Stars for sure, hands down.

I honestly never write things like this, but I feel like I have to warn people about what happened to me at this shop. I had to go as far as filing a formal chargeback dispute through my credit card company just to get my money back from them, which the bank thankfully granted because the situation was so ridiculous. On June 21, I paid them to replace the back glass on my phone. Just three days later, under normal use and without dropping it a single time, the brand new glass spontaneously cracked. I took it right back in because there was no way a quality repair should fail that fast. The intake tech even looked at it and wrote directly on my receipt that there were no clear signs of a drop. He promised they would inspect it and call me within an hour and a half to let me know if it was covered under warranty before doing any work. Instead of calling me like they explicitly promised, they completely skipped getting my authorization. They just went ahead, tore my phone apart, and threw on a completely random, mismatched back glass, putting a black back on a Desert Titanium phone, without ever checking with me first. When I walked back into the shop and refused to pay an extra fee for an unauthorized repair with the completely wrong color, things got worse. They stripped their new glass off and threw my old cracked glass back on. Because they performed that forceful teardown entirely without my permission, they completely obliterated what was left of the glass. They handed me back a phone that was in way worse, completely shattered condition than when I brought it to them. When I called to talk to the operations manager, the customer service was even worse than the repair job. He admitted on the phone that they used the wrong color part and that they skipped the authorization call because they just blindly assumed it was okay to proceed. He completely refused to apologize, told me a refund was out of the question, and tried to pressure me into paying more money just to get the correct color put on to fix the damage they literally just caused. It was incredibly frustrating to be treated like that after they broke their own promises, performed unauthorized work, and damaged my personal property. I am glad my bank saw right through it and decided the dispute in my favor, but save yourself the massive headache and take your device somewhere else..
