BEST gym in McKinney, hands down! Beau & Jamie are passionate, kind, knowledgeable, and know how to push you to be your best. Awesome place for whatever level of shape you are in - from never having picked up a weight to the gym bro. 💪🏻
If you are looking for a new gym, this is the place. My wife and I joined the newbie classes at R&G Fitness, it’s a hidden gem and it has been a fantastic experience, I absolutely love it. Beau,Jamie and Laura are not only friendly and welcoming, but they are incredibly knowledgeable and take the time to make sure you are getting the most out of your training. Beyond the coaching, the community is what really sells it. The people are great to work out with, and everyone is super supportive of one another. We always look forward to going.
I’ve visited two other gyms in Allen, but RnG stands out in a league of its own. If you’re someone who genuinely wants to transform your fitness journey and has the mindset to prioritize yourself in your routine, RnG is nothing short of paradise. With the incredible coaches Beau and Jaime, they will challenge you to push beyond your limits. I attend this gym purely out of passion, showing up simply because I love being here.
This gym is a space where you can find community on your journey of fitness. The gym itself has everything you need and more.

My husband and I have both struggled with our weight for years. We’ve tried so many things — different diets, different workout programs — but nothing ever stuck. RNG is the first gym we have EVER been to where we both feel completely comfortable, supported, and genuinely excited to show up each week. That’s 100% because of Beau and Jamie. Their expert knowledge, their care for every person in the room, and the fun they bring to every class make such a difference. They’ve created an environment where people cheer each other on, help one another, and push each other in the best possible way. It’s a true community, not just a gym. For the first time, it feels like we’ve found something we can commit to long-term. We’re so grateful for RNG and the people who make it what it is - thank you RNG family!!

We are beyond grateful that we found R&G! Over the last 5–6 years, we’ve worked out at several gyms and at home, but nothing has compared to the experience here. When my spouse and I joined, we were both feeling burnt out and honestly over our fitness journey. From the moment we started at R&G, we immediately got our spark back and felt welcomed and supported. We both feel the best we've felt in years! Since moving from out of state, we’ve been searching for a community and a place that feels like “home.” With R&G, we’ve finally found exactly that. We can’t thank Beau and Jamie enough for constantly pushing us outside of our comfort zones; not just in fitness, but in so many other ways as well. 1000/10 recommend joining R&G and finding your new gym home and community, you won't regret it! <3

When I first started at this gym, I was the heaviest I had ever been in my life. The idea of going to any gym honestly filled me with dread. But the very first day I walked into R&G, that feeling completely disappeared. Instead, I found myself looking forward to going every day. Over the past year, I’ve lost more than 40 pounds, and while I’m incredibly proud of the physical results, what keeps me coming back is so much bigger than that. It’s the energy, the atmosphere, the people, and the coaches. There’s something really special about this place. R&G has become a space where I can turn my brain off, focus on myself, and know that I’ll leave better than when I walked in—mentally, physically, and emotionally. At this stage in my life, that means everything to me. I can’t thank Beau and Jamie enough for cultivating this space and for pushing me to be my best self during every workout.

R&G is the place to be! I had been doing my own “workouts” prior coming to R&G, and they were just not getting the job done. I have been coming to this gym for about 6 months and it’s become the highlight of my days. Coach Beau and Jamie make it so easy to become your best self. You show up and they have a designed workout for you to do, you just have to execute it. They are there to help coach you in every aspect when it comes to your health, they bring invaluable knowledge. You can’t get this level of attention at large corporate gym. If you want to be known and encouraged, this is the place. You have nothing to lose by coming to R&G and everything to gain. Think of your future and who you want to be and get to working on it here at this gym, you won’t be disappointed to see where you can be!

I cannot say enough good things about this gym! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm, welcoming, motivating and genuinely supportive. It’s not just a place to work out but a community that pushes you to be your best. Coach Beau and Coach Jamie go above and beyond to make sure everyone feels encouraged, challenged and supported no matter their fitness level. What really makes this place special is how it feels like family. If you are looking for a gym with amazing trainers, positive energy and a true sense of community, this is the place to be!
