Ricky and crew are exceptionally talented and hard working at their craft. They left the worksite clean and pristine and every member of the crew was respectful and professional. I would not hesitate to employ them again.

I am beyond thrilled with the service from Ricky & Monica! I called yesterday (10.20) evening to see if they could help w/my downed ocotillo from Thursday's storm. I had called another "arborist" El Paso Arborist, on Friday. They promised me they could save it & it would last until this week when they could come look at it. BUT they wanted me to zelle them half 1st. I asked if I needed to do anything to keep the roots wet, etc, he said "Naw, it'll be fine". Well when he still hadnt returned my call by yesterday afternoon, I called R&M. Friends, it is not fine. (Apparently I SHOULD have covered it with a sheet & KEPT THE ROOTS WET) I was furious with the other "arborist".
It was just hauled off :( I'm so sad, it was a beautiful ocotillo! Ricky was able to save a few shoots for us to try to root to see if we can re-plant and get it to grow again. Yay!
Ricky & Monica really impressed me with their level of care & how promptly they were able to deal with it for me.
Thank you R & M Tree Service...you've got a customer for life now!! Hopefully the ocotillo will grow and you can come help us with it in the future!!

They did a great job removing 2 trees that the wind blew down.
They are coming back on Wednesday to grind the stumps

Real professionalism, understanding, Tree knowledge and all the proper equipment and really, really reasonable prices. Talk to several other Tree company quoted me so high that I had to pay just for them to come out to take a look at Trees. And they have free estimates.
