Incredibly fast service. I called on a Saturday and left a voicemail after my shower began smelling of sulfur and my drain was overflowing with water. R&S septic called back almost instantly and was able to come out on Labor Day the following Monday. I thought it was going to be a simple pump, unfortunately it was much more. They discovered my septic tank lid was open along the left side by about 2 inches. I’ve had several companies come pump my tank and they never discovered this issue. This was an issue that likely happened in error when the septic tank was installed as the slab is too large to move by man. R&S found this issue and came back with heavy machinery the next day. They corrected this issue and pumped my tank. 5/5 stars!!!!

Shane and crew provided excellent service and on time both days. Not only did they pump my septic tank he also found a small problem inside and repaired it quickly. I recommend his services.

Highly recommend R&S Septic service in Brevard County Florida: Shane and his crew are experienced, honest, and knowledgeable. We have a house we own built in 2002 and those concrete tanks can last if they are correctly serviced and maintained. This is where R&S comes in - they provide pump out services but they also can do repairs, add risers for easier access, and filter clean out - which is everything we needed.
