This company knows their stuff. They answer all your questions and are very informative. Pricing was affordable and great work.
Poor customer service! I got an appointment for an estimate. They came out and took the measurements with the promise of sending me the estimate. They left me the paperwork with financing options and that was the end of it. Never heard back from them. I followed up via text message, they read the message and nothing. Silence! I don’t understand how they decide who to do business with. You would think something happened that caused them not to want to do business with me, but they spent maybe 5 minutes there. Took measurements and they went away, and never heard from them again! I’m still confused.

Just moving to Suffolk and having the pleasure of Meeting Jaida with RC Paving & Son! We explained to her what we were trying to do and she’s so kindly put us in touch with Bobby! Bobby came out explained the process to the work that we were trying to have done. Since moving into our new home meeting Jaida and having Bobby come out was an incredible decision. This was one of the first major projects that we wanted to do. The crew that came out were such a pleasure and did such an amazing job! I dont know if i can even write a review to fully capture how appreciative I am right now! Bobby and his crew first graded my driveway 1/16/26, on which date I had an unexpected emergency. I needed to bury my horse of 25 years. Bobby did not hesitate to get the required equipment to my house and take care of my old man. The way his guys handled moving and burying my horse was with the utmost respect and care. As for the driveway, he had to remove a fair amount of old gravel, he asked if I wanted it for anything, so asked if he could deliver it to my daughters driveway...and he did free of charge. Today, weather is finally good and he finished paving my driveway. I even threw a few restrictions on what days it could be done to work around family healthcare issues. I feel like ive been a fairly needy customer, and he kept fulfilling those needs. Clear, timely communication of expectations from quoting to finish. A walk through at the end of how to best care for my new driveway. He answered every single question i asked, no matter how simple it may have sounded to him. I honestly wish every other company I deal with for other services provided this level of service. If you have any paving needs..THIS IS THE GUY YOU WANT!

We had our medical practice parking lot plowed for the latest snow event. They were excellent and made sure we were able to open on time and safely. They plowed the lot, and shoveled and salted the sidewalks.

Bobby and crew paved our driveway, and we couldn't be happier. Our driveway is very long, and we also asked for a greatly expanded parking area to park about 15 cars. Additionally, we had some drainage issues on that side of the property that were successfully addressed. We have had several significant rain events in the past two months since the driveway was constructed, and the drainage was perfect. The asphalt was very thick and was laid on a thick bed of gravel to give strength and durability. The very large (4-6 inch diameter) rocks on each side of the driveway at the drainage ditch and along the curves of the driveway were a very nice and unexpected touch to control drainage/erosion as well as an aesthetically pleasing appearance. Oh...and price...his price was very reasonable and far below the estimates we got from other companies. I like how he invited his family to see his work and posted pictures of his proud work that he and his crew accomplished. Very happy!!!
