This is a new update for a great company as I had previously given them a five-star rating a couple of years ago but wanted to give them some further kudos.... We had a major repair issue with our septic system due to something that RC Worst had nothing to do with. Brandon at CDA Septic got with them and the two companies worked together to get us back up and running in no time considering the extent of the repair. Both of these companies are standouts up here in N. Idaho when it comes to reliability, craftmanship and integrity. The two of them complement each other amazingly well. I highly recommend them for anything related to septic system issues! Both exemplify the kind of business practices that we thought were long gone with the wind! Standing behind your work product is the mark of those who take pride in their work and whose good name means everything to them! I have previously given a 5-star rating to the good folks over at RC Worst but wanted to give another “tip of the hat to them”. Last week we had a situation where a leak showed up in the drainfield and some effluent was puddling on the surface in one area. I called the folks at RC Worst and talked to Kevin, their service manager. They were out the very next day and found that the problem was one of the glue joints had cone loose allowing the leak to occur. Gavin replaced the joint with an even better glue and had things closed up and back to working with no more leaks in no time at all! Best of all, they stood behind their warranty and did not charge me at all. These are great folks to work with who have integrity and take pride in their work. I highly recommend them!
