Although I didn't use the company due to timing, he went out of his way and recommended 2 other surveyors in my area. They were very honest and transparent. I highly recommend them and wish I could have used them.

As a second generation surveyor, Steve is often at his desk to stop his work without an appointment to answer questions, or his people are willing to help long past the original service. I ALWAYS leave with better direction than when I dropped in. The south suburbs are lucky to have this company!

Everyone's experience is unique, and mine is A+ positive. I called Granath and other companies for a survey right before Christmas. Granath was the only one who could have had it completed before Ne Year, and their price was 15-20% less than another company I used for years. Pros from start to finish!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Long story short...The owner Steve Granath is incredibly unprofessional. When I called to ask why he is not fulfilling his end of the deal to complete a job he laughed at me the entire time on the phone, told me I misunderstood everything he originally agreed to do, then HUNG UP ON ME! Most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with
