R Jason Kent Physical Therapy

I’ve been failed and dismissed by countless doctors and physical therapists this year after being diagnosed with hip dysplasia , a labral tear, & hip impingement. I’ve spent this year almost completely bed ridden and had to walk with a crutches or a cane. I felt completely hopeless as no injection, no pt or exercises was working for me and most times made my condition even worse causing me to sometimes even pass out from the pain. I arrived to my first appointment feeling completely hopeless, like I was just wasting my time at another office that would either worsen my condition or tell me there was nothing they could do. Dr Kent proved me wrong. After just one appointment I felt relief, I’m now able to better take care of myself and my home, I’m even able to run errands and walk through stores which may not sound like much but it is a huge improvement to someone who spent 7 months practically bed ridden. The staff and every therapist is extremely kind, patient, understanding, and clearly dedicated to what they do. I feel I am finally in the right place after being tossed around all year. Book the appointment. Refer a friend. Trust the process. It is a great feeling knowing you are in great hands here.

I was given a bill from last year. Their excuse was my insurance didn't pay the copay portion. I am throughly upset because they NEVER informed me until the bill got high. I feel this is extremely unprofessional, every single visit I walk in ready to pay. There was NO REASON they shouldn't have told me. So now I am suffering the consequences of their mistakes. Make sure if you go there ask questions concerning your payments and get a paper receipt. I do have my receipts for this year. The lady brittney kept saying "I'm sorry " unfortunately the sorry don't pay the bill. Because of that I canceled ALL FUTURE APPOINTMENTS. Good luck to you all. 😡😡😡

Jason is beyond exceptional in skill and bedside manner. I have sent multiple family and friends with various treatment needs and all of them have felt comfortable and confident. His competency is evidenced by his results. He has treated my friend in his 60’s with heel spurs, my son for Shoulder Bursitis and TMJ, my husband for a partial Rotator Cuff Tear in his Shoulder, my friends 4 year old for overall physical agility, my friend in her 30’s with hip issues and my friend in her 70’s with back issues. I literally send everyone there without hesitation. He has been phenomenal about communicating with physicians and collaborating with other professionals involved in patient care when needed. Finally, his office staff and colleagues are so kind, professional, and accommodating. This should absolutely be the only place you consider for therapy. He has locations in Macon and Warner Robins. I have been suffering for weeks with back pain. My PCP sent me for an x-ray and then referred me to another PT ofc and they treated me badly. But going to Jason Kent's ofc, they had empathy and care and wanted me back feeling better. Jason diagnosed me for 5 treatments and got me scheduled and right on the dot, he honored that promise and I have to tell you, I had ups and downs but after those 5 treatments.I am able to work around the house without pain. If anyone is on the fence with PT. Seek out R. Jason Kent Office. Everyone there does care and wants to help.

I can’t express the immense gratitude I have for R Jason Kent and his staff. This place is not a good place that I would recommend, and Jessica Jay is very unprofessional.

Everyone has been super nice. The office staff is always so courteous. And my PT Brian has been awesome at finding multiple ways to help me with my stenosis. I ALWAYS feel better after a session! Highly recommend!!
