I learned so much from Lara - she was great. She helped educate me on how to get my leaky gut, pre-diabetes, thyroid and inflammation under control. I feel WAY better than when I started and my blood markers show that. My only challenge was being a Canadian client and travelling down to the States to get my bloodwork done. Other than that, it was well worth the time and money invested. Thank you Lara! Forever grateful! 🙏

I had the pleasure of working with Becky Romios as my direct point of contact inside of the RSN program. It was clear from the beginning and throughout that Becky has a passion for helping people get back to healthy living. She was thoughtful, authentic and professional in the care she took to help me find answers to questions I had along the way, while guiding me through the program to reach the goals I had set for myself inside of it. If you get the opportunity to work with Becky through the RSN program, you're going to be in great hands!

I came to RSN with a very complex health history, including a rare genetic variant that made my situation extremely difficult. I knew I needed someone who was willing to look beyond the surface and help me put the many puzzle pieces together—and that is exactly what I found with Becky. From the beginning, Becky took the time to truly understand my body, my history, and my individual needs. She helped me identify deep root causes of the cascade of disease progression I was experiencing and helped me create a personalized plan. This was NEVER a “one-size-fits-all” approach. What I appreciated most was how willing she was to adapt the plan based on how my body was responding AND reaching out to the rest of the team as she needed. I always feel heard, supported, and understood working with Becky. She is incredibly knowledgeable, but just as importantly, she GETS ME and understands MY body. I never felt rushed or dismissed, and I always felt like we were working together to figure out what my body needs. Navigating a complex and rare health condition can feel incredibly overwhelming, but having someone in your corner who is willing to listen, think outside the box, ask for guidance, and personalize the approach has made such a difference for me. I’m incredibly grateful for the support, guidance, and care I’ve received and would wholeheartedly recommend BECKY to anyone.

Becky Romios was my coach and she was absolutely amazing. She always adjusted my plan when needed and helped me finally eradicate Sibo. She is so supportive and educated, couldn't recommend her enough!

My overall experience was great. All staff were incredibly attentive and helpful specifically Becky. Becky was assigned to take on my case and I will forever be grateful for her patience and help. I came in with really bad acid reflux, bloating, and just overall serious digestion issues. Becky took the time to understand what I was going through and was very patient with me since I struggled with taking supplements. It was not a breeze and I had my challenges but Becky would be there step by step making sure I had the support. Not only have my symptoms reduced but my mindset has changed drastically. The best way to view this, is as an investment towards your health and to feel better. My positive experience shows that they are capable of helping others so I definitely recommend. Thank again Becky for everything!

Save yourself the time, effort and energy of scheduling a call with this company. There is zero transparency on pricing, all under the guise of “wanting to protect my time and their practitioner’s time” and “wanting to know if I’m a good fit”. I stated the reason for reaching out, I identified myself as an ideal client, and stated that I was ready for help. I’m extremely busy and don’t have time for multiple sales calls. I simply asked for information about what the investment was, and the young man on the call wasted my time by avoiding answering it. At one point, he questioned if I was “coachable” because I asked about the pricing of their program. It seems fairly logical that a potential client who has done their due diligence, made an appointment and shown up for it, would want to understand the investment, no? This is incredibly suspicious behavior from a “functional medicine Telehealth company”. When I asked about the qualifications of the team, he stated that all of their practitioners were “trained on Rachel’s method”. Overall, absolutely poor customer service, and a zero rating on understanding the importance of the trust building process in consumer discernment. If I could give zero stars, I would.

This is my second time working with RSN. The first was when I was diagnosed with gastroparesis 4 years ago (which includes nausea and vomiting any time you try to eat or drink anything, which means rapid, unhealthy weight loss, hair loss, fatigue, and inability to work). Working with a GI doctor for months was getting me nowhere to recovery and I was headed to a medication with side effects so bad I would have had to sign a release waiver and if that didn't work, a feeding tube. My nutritionist got me back to eating again. The second time was when I had a very bad gastroparesis flare in Fall 2025. When I started having difficulty working, doing things with my family, or even having and maintaining friendships, I decided not to wait this time and hope it got better. RSN set me up with nutritionist Becky Ramos. She worked with me to stop the flare in it's tracks (I haven't had gastroparesis symptoms in months) and she helped me address some of the root causes of all the inflammation in my body. Becky gave me my life back. It isn't a magic pill and it's hard work, but from my time spent in online gastroparesis support groups, the medical interventions are so much worse and they are treating symptoms and not causes and those treatments frequently cause additional symptoms they have to treat. If you are wondering if you should invest the money and time, believe me, you will spend far less money and time and protect your mental health working with RSN sooner rather than later.

I started my journey with Ali Richmond from Rachel Scheer Nutrition 1 year ago, It has changed my life, I was a very complicated case as I have severe motility issues due to gastric bypass surgery and other abdominal surgeries, Ali really went to work for me, we discovered throughout the process that not everything that helps a standard digestive systems worked for me. Even in my darkest moments of thinking I just couldn't get better Ali kept me going, reassuring me that she would not give up, I had Sibo so badly, Constipation so badly, sensitive to nearly every food, couldn't digest anything, I was a mess, Doctors did all their standard test, and just kept telling me to take miralax and fiber, well if anyone has had Sibo knows it makes things worse. With Ali at my side day and night, endless messages, endless research and the biggest heart... I can say my Sibo is healed. I do have motility issues due to surgery that need to be dealt with through the medical field unfortunately, but if it weren't for Ali I would not be where I am today. I am eternally grateful for her and her dedication to truly wanting to help heal your body. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I’ve been working with Ali for the last 5-6 months because of severe GI issues that my doctors (PCP, ER doctor, gastroenterologist) ignored. We’ve significantly reduced my inflammation and bloating, regulated my hormones and got me back to where I used to be physically and mentally. I’m now on a routine where I’m eating healthy, nutrient rich foods and fueling my body the way I should be and feeling physically better and gained my confidence back. I’ve learned a lot throughout this process and feel like I have a lot of the tools I need to successfully keep my issues under control and look forward to continuing living a healthy lifestyle.
