They did a great job - quick, respectful, professional, and reasonable! Highly recommend. We had a new radon mitigation system installed on an existing home.
Radon Safety and their staff are excellent!
Really satisfied with service they provided. Price, communication, professionalism of installers - 5 stars. I couldn't believe they installed membrane in my less than 2 feet high crawl space in one day. They provided test kit for checking radon level after job done. I ordered another one from the company I did…
Fast, efficient, flexible, and friendly. Thanks for installing the radon system so that the new family buying my dad's home will be safe.
10/10 recommend! We needed to get a raddon mitigation system installed and when we reached out to shop quotes, they were easy to work with and the turn around time was wonderful. At the time of service, it was quick, and he was very informative. They made the process very easy and stress free! Thank you!
Very professional. Got the job done quickly and without any extraneous issues.
The company and Amanda were great and very professional. The installer, Nick was the best, easy to talk to, described process, very efficient and the completed work was wonderful. Easy to give 5 plus stars
Robert Lang was great - our home is older and he was able to install the mitigation system into a trickier situation in less than a day. He also discounted our total because of the challenges. Would highly recommend!
I've worked with Radon Safety on perhaps 5-10 projects over the last approx 10 years. The most recent project was my home. For many years my business brought me into contact with 50+ service companies. While I did come across a few home service and contractor businesses that demonstrated legitimate care and concern,…
Working with Radon Safety was amazing! They did a great job, listened to our requests for placement and worked with us to troubleshoot any potential issues with our OLD house. They took the time to understand our wants and needs where other radon companies did not.
Absolutely amazing experience. There is not a single thing I can think to complain about. The price was excellent compared to the others I got quoted by, the communication was great, the mitigation professionals were kind, knowledgeable and very skilled and the results were far beyond my expectations. Honestly…
Do yourself a favor and hire them! Great service...Amanda is amazing. Very knowledgeable...Alejandro is the best! They are trustworthy and get the job done.
I don't know why anyone would use anyone else. This was an installation on a 28 year old house with many basement areas finished. The installer identified an installation (not using the sump) that had no impact on finished areas and was totally effective. Radon rates were reduced by almost 90%. They offer a…
The tech was on time and very efficient. Had the job done in three hours. Good price and great service.
Radon Saftey did an amazing job with my radon mitigation install. Their installer, Alejandro, took his time to discuss with me the plan and made sure I was happy with were ducting was going to be placed. They were careful, detailed, and the final installation looks professional with no corners cut. The cost was…

I had a great experience with this company! It was so easy and smooth to get a quote, plan a date, and have one of their technicians get out to my place. Very clean, and unobtrusive installation at a great price. Highly recommended
Nick the installer showed up on time, was very professional and installed the system very quickly. The site was kept clean and when he finished, he explained what I need to know to ensure the system is operating efficiently. I would highly recommend using Radon Safety to anyone in need of a radon mitigation system. Well done!
Great working with them! The tech was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process.
Great people did an excellent job for me. On time, friendly, finished early and cleaned up really nice. Best of all my radon reading went from 10 (4 being unsafe) to 1 in one week.
outstanding company, very professional and cooperative. Easy to work with, quality work
We have purchased systems for three different houses. They are responsive, helpful, and reliable. I’ll use this company forever! They even came through when we had a short turnaround after an inspection.
Professional job, Nick did a great job and answered all my questions. The extended 11 year warranty on the blower / exhaust fan was a great selling point.
Amanda was fantastic, she made the whole process very easy and helped with all of my questions. Nickolas is a true expert in the installation of Radon systems and did an excellent installation. I can highly recommend Radon Safety LLC to anyone wanting a Radon system.
Had a unit installed last year in Aug, took a while for us to get to a good level (May) timing on both ends didn't help, but overall responsive and took the time to come out a few times at no additional cost
Great company, service and price. Highly recommend!
Nextdoor reviews were good so I called Radon Safety. Holly was very helpful and provided a quote after I answered a few emailed questions. Nick came out a few days later, discussed the process, and a few hours later, was done with the install. Professional job and it looks good. Glad to get this done.
Radon Safety is the best! They did a super job, my radon level started dropping immediately after they installed a fan on my "passive" radon system. And with the best warranty in the business, I'm very happy I chose Radon Safety!
The installer was friendly and explained everything throughly. The office staff was super helpful.
Very easy to work with, quality material, and great installation. The installer was very polite and explained everything very clearly. Would definitely use again if I have any other issues with Radon.
Had a great experience! The installer was patient and courteous as we discussed all options for install location. He offered input without being pushy, and helped us make the best decision. Install did not take long, looks professional, and did a good job cleaning up after. Would. definitely use again, and recommend.
Everything was up front and discounts were honored. Service was quick, professional, and on-time. Our radon results immediately dropped to safe levels. I would absolutely work with them again or recommend Radon Safety LLC to friends and family.
Radon Safety and Nick were super professional, efficient, and very flexible with my schedule and my HOA requirements. Nick had to make some changes to the original plan once he arrived on site, but I would have never known. He was very competent and professional and explained everything to me. I would recommend them…
The installer was early and did a good job. He painted the outside to match the house for an extra $99. The whole job turned out great.
I used Radon Safety for two of my houses and I cannot be happier. The radon levels went way lower in both houses than it was and now at 3 pCi/L and lower on a commercial indicator. The installer Alejandro found a leak in my kitchen drain as well that got it fixed in time with minimal cost. That leak would have…
Nick from Radon Safety was fantastic. We walked through the house and talked through several places the Radon Mitigaion System could go, the best spot and we landed on the Laundry Room. He walked me through how their system works, then was prompt, clean, and mindful of me working from home while he performed the…
Excellent!!
The radon mitigation system works great! I would definitely recommend This business.
Holly was very quick and responsive when getting a quote and setting up the installation. Ryan the installer was on time, did a very clean professional install and explained everything very well. This was one of the easiest contractors I have work with. Pricing was very competitive for radon mitigation systems.
Holly was wonderful to work with, always responsive to our concerns and questions. Easy to schedule and on time. Alejandro (Radon installer) was awesome. Very responsive to our questions, willing to work with us as far as where we wanted the radon installed. Great, Great over all. Definitely recommend them! Thank you!
Did an excellent job of routing the exhaust pipe through the attic to outside.
From getting a quote to scheduling an install to project completion and payment/issuance of warranty! It couldn’t have been easier! Absolutely no games. I’m lucky to have found them and I will be recommending to anyone.
Radon Safety LLC provided excellent service for a very competitive price. The work included installation of a radon mitigation system in our basement with an exterior vent to above the roof line. The work was done exactly as promised. I’m very satisfied and can enthusiastically recommend this company.

They were wonderful! Very friendly, skilled and responsive. I highly recommend this company.
These guys rock so hard I don't know how else to say it. A+++ Went out of their way to think outside the box to install an exterior radon system without making it look like an eyesore. The best.
We needed a radon fan installed before we sold our house. Jordan came over right on time, had the exact fan that we needed, took care of it very quickly and very efficiently! Great employee! I'd use them anytime!
I completed an online form to get an estimate for radon mitigation from Radon Safety LLC and I received an estimate within 12 hours! Jesse showed up on time both days, also provided very detailed information on the work to be done, was helpful with answering questions to the HOA. Great experience! Thanks!!
Super quick and easy install, maybe two hours start to finish and placed in a very discreet manner through basement/garage/roof. You’d never know it was there!
Holly and Jason were both great to work with. Holly ensured all my questions were answered and provided my quote in a very timely manner. Jason did a great job with the installation. I would recommend Radon Safety to anyone needing a radon system installed.
Service performed was installation of a radon mitigation system. Radon Safety responded promptly to my request for a proposal and estimate and completed the work fast. The installer was able to put the whole exterior pipe and fan inside an attached tool storage closet and there is only a short piece of PVC pipe…
The Radon Safety LLC team knocked out a radon mitigation system in less than 2 hours - top notch install, couldn't be happier with the service today - thanks gents!
Great company. Our level was rather high to start with. Radon Safety LLC continued to work with us until the level was below 4. We never had to get ahold of them about the test results…..Holly always emailed us with the results and, in our case, to set up another appointment(s) to continue to get the levels down.…
Just overall easy to work with. They were on time and very professional. They had given us a quote over the phone and while we were okay with the price they had given, we ended up saving on install since we already had a passive Radon system and they just had to add the fan to make it active. We didn’t know that…
Totally happy with the installation. The Technician was able devise a way to get around a number of obstacles and still provide an aesthetically pleasing solution. Process from quote to installation was quick and painless. Good experience, good value, would definitely recommend you check them out.

Holly was delightful and thorough in her proposal development. The fees were reasonable, the warranty info reassuring. When the installer (Jason) arrived, he was very responsive to my aesthetic concerns, and meticulous in his install. They are highly and appropriately recommended.
Holly, in the office, was incredibly responsive and helpful. She was knowledgeable, solution oriented and kind. I will call this office again if we ever need radon services. The service tech also did a great job installing the equipment.
Holly was always quick with clear, helpful and cheerful responses. Scheduling was easy and the work done by Jesse was professional. We'd use them again in a heartbeat!

Mark did a fantastic job on the installation. It was both quick and professional and in addition he left everything as clean or cleaner than it was. He was completely non disruptive to the family and very few if any body would even notice any changes either inside or out to our home. Would highly recommend.
I used Radon Safety twice this year! These guys are awesome and you can not beat the price. Had no clue Radon was a thing - but I am glad it's gone! Thank you
Nick was great! He explained everything he did, walked us through the system, and explained the testing we need to perform. The install was very clean and skillfully installed both inside and outside. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for radon mitigation system installation.

Super smooth installation, good communication. Looks good
I had Radon Safety complete my radon mitigation. Professional, responsive, job well done. Alejandro was very thoughtful about his suggestions with where to place the system; it looks great. Reasonably priced and thorough. Holly was my point person; she was a great communicator, efficient, and kind. Great company. Surely recommend. 👍🏻👍🏻
We had our (brand new) home tested and unfortunately had an average of 27.7, which we were told was a pretty high reading. The radon testing company gave me two referrals to mitigation companies, I spoke with both, they both sounded good but I was generally more impressed with Radon Safety, their website, and their…
The whole process was so easy and the technician was polite, professional and took the time to explain everything so that we could make the best choice about where to have the mitigation system installed. The final product looks good and clean and most importantly out of sight while inside our home.
Extremely satisfied with Radon Safety LLC. I am a local Realtor in the area and they can meet any deadline you may have! 5 Star service for sure!
Alejandro was our service provider for Radon mitigation service. He was on time, professional and spent time explaining the process and how to make the installation the least invasive for us! We were very happy with the time he took and would highly recommend this company for Radon mitigation.
Radon Safety performed the services we previously discussed, The work was done on schedule and as quoted. I would use them on our other properties.
Radon Safety was referred to me by my realtor after doing his personal property. They were great to communicate with, scheduled an appointment/installation quickly and did great work from what it seems. Their installer Nick was efficient, informative, and friendly. Would definitely use again.
Amazing company to work with. The technician that came to my house went above and beyond to help me understand what needed to be done, how it was done, and a full review inspection of the work he did!
They came in under the quote they originally gave. Were on time and quick to install the mitigation system
From the lady working the phones to the actual techs who showed up to do the work, my experience with this radon company was amazing. The work they did in our crawlspace is great, the fan used to pull the air from underneath the encapsulation material was installed and the piping was put in non-conspicuous places.…
I found Radon Safety LLC on Google and they had excellent reviews. Holly responds literally in minutes everytime I email. Jesse arrived exactly at estimated time, explained thoroughly before and after installation. Price seemed a little higher than expected but they have 11-year warranty and promised to…
Alejandro was a remarkable installer! We were incredibly grateful for his hard work and sense of commitment. He was met with a pretty complicated and impossibly tight area, but he remained undaunted with the layers that unfolded. The quality of the work and the price paid were worlds better than our last mitigation system install. Amazing office staff too!
The radon levels on my home were extremely high. I chose Radon Safety to install our Radon Mitigation System because they did not do the initial testing and then try to sell you their system. In addition, they guarantee to reduce the radon to acceptable levels. The initial installation was performed by Alejandro…
I had a radon mitigation system installed and it looks excellent the installer did a magnificent job and it’s hidden away from view and it looks clean but most importantly it does the job. Also the price beat the competitors. Thank you holly and the installer was 👏 awesome 😎
Very polite, easy to work with, flexible and did a very nice installation job. I am very pleased and would highly recommend. It seems to be harder and harder to find somebody who will actually show up on time and do the job they said they would do in a quality manner. These guys fulfilled every part of that and more.
Did everything to make sure I was happy and the job was done right. Installation staff cared about the quality of work and for the esthetics of the home! Office Staff Holly bent over backwards to make things happen in time for the closing on our home!
Efficient, friendly and thorough. Would recommend this company for radon mitigation.
We had our radon mitigation system installed last weekend and the whole process was simple and their pricing was incredibly straight forward. Our installer, Nick, was knowledgeable and friendly and made sure to accommodate in finding a discrete spot in our already finished basement. Excellent experience overall, would highly recommend. Thanks Nick!
Radon Safety LLC was reasonably priced. They were easy to deal with. They did a great job, on time, finished quickly, and they were helpful. I would recommend them.
Everyone was responsive, friendly and professional

Second time I have had RADON SAFETY LLC install radon mitigation (plus three referrals I gave them), as expected it was professional, timely and easy to conduct business with this team. I would highly recommend RADON SAFETY LLC
Radon Safety was immediately responsive and repaired/ upgraded my system which is nearly 5 years old. No questions asked, warranty honored, and support for what they sell. My system is great! Installers were skilled, friendly and went above and beyond to ensure quality. I highly recommend this team and product.
I highly recommend Radon Safety. Not only were they competitive in their pricing but the radon fan they use in their system appears to be very high quality/professional grade. Our radon levels dropped from around 6 pCi/L to less than 1 pCi/L.
Found Radon Safety LLC online with good reviews so i gave them a call and they got the ball rolling immediately, gave me a great quote set up the time to come over, showed up on time and and was finished in just a couple of hours . Cleaned up and then explained the radon test to do a week later. I'd bought a…
Radon Safety installed a radon mitigation system in my basement and the installer was able to install it where I was hoping it would go - in the laundry room and in my side yard, not backyard. My friend recommended them and now I know why! I also had a great experience. The installer ran into a problem and he had to…
Radon Safety LLC came very highly recommended by several neighbors for radon mitigation. I have never been more impressed with a service-based company. Their pricing, responsiveness, on time arrival, communication and excellent quality of work are exceptional. Holly and Patricia responded within hours to our online…

As the the result of an initial failed test (following the initial installation of the new Radon fan/mitigation system), it was determined…
Radon Safety installed our mitigation system in Oct 2020. They went above and beyond (IMO) to get our system put in place! And we can report that our radon level went from 13 to 3 in the two weeks after installing! We highly recommend their services and their team!
Great service, the team came on time and finished early, everything looks clean and like it’s part of the existing structure. Office was transparent and friendly. Definitely recommend.
Very happy with Radon Safety! Holly was very courteous, knowledgeable, and responsive to all requests. Work was done well and in time frame that they told us. I liked their guarantee. I would definiteliy recommend them.
Radon Safety LLC is a fantastic company. Holly worked with us to get an estimate for the Radon remediation system install and helped to prepare some HOA Approval documents that I was submitting. She was very knowledgeable and courteous. Mark, the installer, really knows what he is doing and has been doing this…
The folks at Radon Safety were a pleasure to work with. They were prompt, professional and courteous. But, most importantly, the work itself was done properly, on schedule, and for the quoted price. Our particular job was pretty complex and required considerable planning. Alejandro spent a good bit of time figuring…
