Rae Studios | San Francisco Dance & Fitness Studio

OMG - Ash is THE BEST! I noticed that in the past couple of months there were a couple new hosts working in the studio. Ash is by far the most attentive, helpful, responsive, responsible and reliable. And this is on top of her friendly and warm attitude that she brings to the studio. I had a question re momence app and she went above and beyond to ensure that my questions are answered, which I had difficulty receiving from another host. Ash is a real asset to ANY team in any work environment. Congratulations, Rae Studio - you got a gem on your team!

New to dance. Just found this studio. So fun! I hope you all add more beginner hip hop classes with Tashi, she's the best.

I love Rae Studios! I’m so lucky to that I found a place that is so passionate about dance & community! Whether it’s a weekly class, special event or performance, it has been so special to be a part of it. The people & joy of dancing make every week a good one. Big love to Jess and her whole team that make Rae Studios what it is!

I just had my 2nd "dance conditioning" class with Emmanuel (I also had one ballet class with him as well). He is such a devoted instructor who obviously is genuinely passionate about dance and teaching. He works so hard in class giving tips and instructions and I can tell that he wants the students to benefit from his class. I actually decided to join the membership after the first dance conditioning. I hope the studio keeps this class next quarter as well. I also had the "Grooves" class (basic hip hop moves) with Poe today, my 4th class. I find his instructions detailed, precise and creative (making things easy to grasp). I can tell he is an extremely experienced instructor and that he puts in a lot of thought into his classes, as he makes it a point to make it fun, while being thoughtful and considerate when providing feedbacks to students. I appreciate that he is constantly thinking of ways to see how he can make his class more enjoyable, ensuring that everyone gets what they come for. I look forward to more of his classes. Poe is simply a wonderful teacher and a great guy!

i did a trial week and took sara templeton’s reggaeton class and fell in love and signed up! her choreo is so fun and dynamic. she does a great job of making her classes engaging and is good at hyping up dancers especially that are newer to the genre/dance in general. i’ll definitely be a regular at reggaeton!

An absolute joy of a dance class. Every single teacher puts their all in. They are masters of their crafts, and $25 for a drop in class is a STEAL for what they provide. Great Workouts: - Drenched, Power Barre Learn to Dance (Beginner): - Jazz Funk with Tashi, Jazz Funk with Sharon Learn to Dance (Intermediate) - Pop Jam with Jess, Jazz Funk with Oche, Hip Hop with Mahi t

the beginner reggaeton class was an absolute blast! this was my first time dancing again after recovering from injuries + surgeries (and my first time learning reggaeton choreo), so i was really nervous going in. even though i felt rusty, by the end of class, i could already tell Sara's great energy and teaching was boosting my lost confidence in my body. i can't wait to go back again!!

I took a beginner hip hop class with Tashi and had such a great experience. The music was engaging and the combination we learned was fun. I was really nervous to come to a class for the first time but Tashi and the regulars created an inviting and easygoing environment. I definitely struggled but that's SO NORMAL (like, it would be hella dumb to expect to be instantly good at a discipline that people train YEARS in) & I think the hardest part was getting out of my head and doing my best to just go with it. If you're looking for a place to try dance as an adult beginner I can highly recommend this studio and this class!
