Got taken here as a birthday gift a year ago on December 16th and still pretty upset with the entire experience to be honest. Got gifted a fun experience where i was supposed to be able to “smash a car” (roommate specified they paid for that in particular) and everything but when we got to the actual location both the people working were so busy arguing we felt like we were bothering them just signing the waiver and getting setup. After the extremely awkward experience we got rushed into the room and got told we only could break the “breakables that were set out for us and to aim at a specific part of a wall” while also being told the car was on reserve for a party later that same day……… i was the party who reserved the car to my knowledge but we didn't even try to argue it cus the two people were too busy trying to get back to their argument to listen to anything we said. Overall a 0/10 experience for a first time rage room experience and honestly really disappointing behavior from people working the customer service end of things. Would recommend literally just going to a thrift store, buying some plates and bottles and going to town in your backyard with a bat, you will get the same experience i did here for much cheaper. Oh except you wont get yelled at for throwing things on the ground in a rage room like i did. Who would've thought id leave a rage room more mad than when i entered, still think about it a whole year later almost. I honestly just feel bad that my roommate spent so much for me to have a couple plates, some bottles, and a thrifted 15 inch monitor to smash apart when i was supposed to get to smash the car that was literally in the same room as me and i had to actively avoid for fear of being charged even more. Adding the photo below to prove i was there. Below my feet is everything i was given to smash and the monitor in my hands.

Came here with high expectations, got here and did not have the experience I thought I would! Everything seem unorganized! we got they are 15 minutes earlier as stated and still had to wait while everything was getting situated! When it was our turn and we got in the smash room there was a car in there, but we weren’t able to hit the car which was odd if we’re not allowed to why is it in there? Also, there was hardly any space in the room, especially with the vehicle sitting in the middle of the small room that was provided that we couldn’t even hit! I paid $53 for five minutes and it didn’t even feel like five minutes! I read online that you are given an extra 15 minutes added on which that was not provided! That was a waste of my money and I will not be returning again! Only good thing about it was us being able to connect our own music through Bluetooth! My expense was trash!
So much fun!! When my father died, my 2 best friends planned a trip to the "Rage" area of Rage RVA, so I could get out some emotions.. I never felt better. It was one of their birthdays, and she never got to go the first time.. so I took her here! The Rage area was all booked up, so I booked a Splatter Room! I also bought us some paint suits, so make sure we could venture other places when done.. Plus I wanted it to be a surprise. We had SO much fun! Sue is really the best! She took her time explaining the best techniques, how the process works, and even offered up 2 more canvases for $5 each! We took her up on it! lol We had some time left, and we were happy with our art, so we left a little earlier than the 25 mins, but spent the remaining time chatting with Sue and about the Splatter room and the examples they have hanging in the hallway. This place doesn't get enough hype! And it's such a fun activity, no matter the age! She had a young child's birthday party coming in after us, and we saw them outside.. He was so excited. =)
The lady was very helpful and informative. Fun experience. 10/10

Quite possibly one of the most amazing places in RVA!! I can not say enough good things. I laughed, I cried, it moved me [bob]! The splatter paint experience was indescribably wonderful and cathartic, not to mention tons of fun. The scream room was intense, emotional, draining, and fan-freaking-tastic! I was so emotionally and physically drained I had to reschedule my wreck session, but I am DEFINITELY going back!! And the folks who own/run it are dear sweet angels. Seriously, if I could give 7 stars I would!
Very unprofessional. Horribly customer service. We were 8 minutes late and they didn’t even greet us as soon as we walked in, they told us to leave. No refund or partial refund. Wasted $55. Never going back and telling others to not go.
False. You were late as you stated and when you walked in you were greeted and spoken to and we actually spoke for a few minutes, hence the reason why you know you couldn’t get a refund at all. Our refund policy is stated clearly on our website as well as being late. You had a 10 minute session and arrived (late) 9 minutes into that 10 minute session, after I rescheduled you to that time because you couldn’t make your first scheduled time and you were told to arrive 10 minutes early. Accountability goes a long way.
I took my girlfriend here for her birthday and it was a wonderful experience. I found it by complete fluke, simply by typing "fun stuff" into google maps. A pin dropped on RageRVA and off we went. The owners are lovely and the experience was cathartic. We definitely worked out some demons in the rage room! 10/10, would go back again. They also have a paint splatter experience that we're dying to try next. If you're reading this review and thinking about going, GO!
Their customer service was amazing and they were so sweet letting us blast our music.
We had the best time! My friend was visiting from out of town and we both were feeling like we could get some emotion out so we scheduled a session thinking we would be getting out anger but the opposite happened- we had a blast! It was the most fun! It felt so safe and with the protective gear we weren't afraid of letting loose. We were able to choose our own music and it felt so empowering the throw the glass bottles. We couldn't stop smiling and laughing and felt so energized afterwards. Such a great experience -I highly recommend!! :)
This was exactly what we needed to let out some pent up rage! We were welcomed given instructions they stayed to make sure we were able to hook up to the Bluetooth with our music. We had a large crate of various breakables ranging from glass bottles, plates, mugs and two monitors. I didn’t watch the time but I feel like we were not rushed at all. They even allowed me to bring a couple personal items from my wedding that really felt amazing to let go of! 5 stars 🌟 I would definitely go again
