Customers highlight the business's punctuality, professional communication, and ability to handle time-sensitive or complex requests, including mobile visits and after-hours appointments. Services frequently mentioned include standard notarization, VIN verification, live scan fingerprinting, and express wedding officiants. While most reviews praise the convenient and helpful nature of the staff, one low-star review criticized an employee for asking intrusive questions about vaccination status during a transaction.

I called Selecia up in a panic bc the bank couldn’t notarize our documents and she went above and beyond and notarized two diff documents, scanned them and faxed them for us on a SATURDAY! Visited Rainbow Notary to get a VIN verification notarized. The process was quick and easy! Selecia was extremely professional and welcoming.

(March 2026) I, my wife Taimi and our son Bryan had again a truly positive experience with Selecia, for obtaining the italian passport. To make it more difficult, the documentation I initially provided wasn’t very clear, but despite that she was absolutely outstanding: patient, helpful, and always ready to assist with great kindness. She handled everything with great precision, and the passport was successfully obtained. Beyond her professionalism, as always, I really appreciated her human approach and the warm, friendly way she carries out the services I ask of her. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone who needs support with these procedures. Thanks Selecia and Happy Easter Bryan, Taimi and Roberto ____________________________________________________________ (2023) I am an Italian citizen and I had the pleasure to know Selecia some weeks ago for an important document to use in Italy. I and my wife needed this document since a long time and we had been struggling to understand who was the right person or legal/notary office that could have helped us. One day, I have received a message from Selecia that ensured us she could solve any issue for us. So it was!! From the beginning, I was pretty sure he was the right person and now, having succeeded in a few days, I can fully confirm it. Thank you Selecia, we will always be grateful for your help!!! Roberto, Taimi and Bryan
I am so happy that we could get these important documents back into your hands in Italy. People just do not truly realize the value of a good notary who is trained in the Apostille maze until they find out jut how difficult the maze to success can be. And a shout out to Michele Klempner, my Ft. Lauderdale Notary who helped us with the Italian Embassy part in Miami. TEAM RAINBOW is happy to help.
I called (after business hours) she answered and was able to meet me the next morning before business hours. This was the fourth Notary I had reached out to. The first one was a gated community and didn’t answer their phone, the second place was hard to find and only open 8-5. I work 9-6 plus 40 minute drive time. The third I called to set up an appointment and they had a new number. Rainbow notary was super friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!
Thank you so much! I am glad that I was able to take care of your notary needs. Safe travels on your new adventures. Blessings and Best Wishes for a wonderful new 🌎!
