Don't ever call these people for dv problems because they can only help with restraining orders which anyone can get but if it goes beyond that they tell you to call Hampden county bar association. When someone needs a lawyer for dv it clearly goes beyond the police and the courts for help so you not dv attorneys

This law firm is a 0 out of 10!!!! The Attorney that worked on my case did not do any follow ups with me, every time I called the office I was greeted with: "I'm sorry Attorney O'Connor just left for the day, or I'm sorry Attorney O'Connor is not in the office." It took me leaving several ugly messages on his voicemail and he still was not in a hurry to call me back.
Now, I'm dealing with one of the paralegals and she is just as non-caring as the Attorney. I signed my release letter on June 10th, 2026 and still have not heard anything. (Mind you my accident was on March 1, 2024).
Today, I had to call the office because no one has reached out me. I spoke with to the paralegal and she didn't have any word on my check, the usual turn around time is like 10 days. It's not like I'm getting a 6 figure payout and need the police to escort me to the bank. The best she could say was: "Let me see when I sent in the release, she goes on to say "Let me contact the adjuster on your case, because I have not heard anything." Soooooo, nobody was going to call me to update me? Now, it's NOT about the money, it's about the principle. At this point, I'm just going to reach out to the insurance company myself.
PLEASE GO WITH YOUR FIRST INSTINCT...THE ATTORNEY I USED IN 2020 WAS ABOUT HER BUSINESS AND SHE KEPT IN CONTACT WITH ME!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAW FIRM. I know they'll be glad to get rid of me and I'm ok with that!!!

Kyleigh Prince is amazing paralegal. I reached out to her for some help post closing. Kyleigh was on maternity leave during the transaction; however she was instrumental in getting the errors corrected! She was quick to reply and stayed on top the situation to ensure things were corrected. She was prompt, and apologetic even thought she was not part of the transaction at the time; and most importantly friendly! I cannot recommend Kyleigh enough. She is an amazing paralegal!!

I had an excellent experience with Raipher, specifically Shawn O'Connor. Legal cases can be long and drawn out and Shawn kept me updated and was easy to keep in touch with. He got me the settlement I wanted and would definitely use them again if I'm in need of legal help again.
