🚨 My first impression of Attorney Rakesh Joshi was that he was responsive and proactive, however, several events invalidated this assessment. 1) It became progressively more difficult to get updates on the case as time passed. 2) He missed a court hearing 6 months ago with no follow-up provided to the town court. 3) The town threatened to submit my license for suspension based on the missed hearing. 4) After I brought up these concerns Attorney Joshi failed to email or call the court with an updated plan. 5) After replacing Attorney Joshi with a competent attorney he agreed to refund my payment but as of this writing has failed to do so. SUMMARY: For a simple speeding ticket of a driver that has a clean record this is too much drama - BEWARE.

Rakesh is fantastic! I unfortunately had gotten stopped and had a speeding ticket worth 11 pts and another moving ticket worth six and Rakesh got the speed down to a 4 point ticket and the other to a 2 point non moving ticket. I will definitely be sending anyone with an upstate ny legal issue to Rakesh. Just be patient and Rakesh will bring you the best outcome possible.

Got a ticket back in 2021, until now issue has not been resolved no communication, no reply to email or phone, I regret using this lawyer. Absolutely irresponsible.

I would highly recommend Mr. Rakesh Joshi law to anyone searching for an attorney in the Clifton park ny or albany ny area. Mr. Joshi was top notch in helping resolve an issue with an elderly family member. He responded immediately and kept in touch with me every step of the way. I was extremely happy with his professionalism and promptness.

My interaction with Rakesh has been mostly pleasant. He does follow through with stuff and he lay out the strategy for each meeting. My negative interactions with him are mostly my personal preferences of which I have pointed out to him with regards on how he handled the case. He does offer free consultation which might vary case by case. I do recommend him and will probably ask for his services if required in the future.

I got 2 tickets 6 point each. He got it reduced to 0 point. One of the good lawyers I worked with.

Have to say don't really write reviews, but this guy is amazing, first I was resatian. The minute I spoke to Rakesh on the phone very polite and explained proceed. He meet up with within a hour get papper work done very efficient.Now waiting on court date.I highly recommend this guy to anyone

One star, because 0 isn't an option. Took my money and because he didn't show up to court almost got my license suspended, not once, but twice. Waste of money.
