Great business. You don’t see honest small businesses with trustworthy service like this as much these days. I needed some old ram sticks tested. Every shop I called either wouldn’t bother or had a 80-100 dollar service charge. The owner of RaM offered to test them for free. Very nice and friendly service. If my computer needs fixing I know where I’ll be going in the future!

I came into RAM Computers in a complete panic on Saturday. My life/work laptop screen had stopped turning on, and my mind immediately went to this precious wedding voice recording file I thought I was going to lose forever. Rick immediately began working on my laptop and called me about an hour later saying that, basically by the grace of God, he got it to turn on and that he could access the computer data still using a monitor! He then started hunting for that very important file (that I had zero clue the name of... only a rough date to go off of). After a few minutes of him searching for it, I asked if I could come in. When I arrived, we spent the next 15+ minutes digging through my horribly unorganized downloads. I kept apologizing for taking up his time, and he reassured me it was okay and that we were on a mission together! Rick tried a few different avenues to find it, and eventually he did!!!! I immediately started crying from the relief. I asked what my options were for properly storing it, and he got me set up with a hard drive and showed me exactly how to use it before sending me on my way. And even gave me some computer maintenance tips! I am not tech savvy at all, so the detailed instructions, time, and attention were priceless. I truly cannot recommend his company enough!!
