I have been visiting Dr. Hatch for two months now and I have to say I am very grateful for his service. I have visited a few different chiropractors and could not find one that would help. I came to this office feeling skeptical but in desperate need of help. Dr. Hatch did not treat me like another number but really paid attention to my need. My specific and complicated need. He really does pay attention to my concerns and is fine with changing a technique if it’s not working out well. I really appreciate his humbleness and willingness to go above and beyond to help his clients feel better. May God continue to bless you Dr. Hatch.

We are sorry to hear about your negative experience. We would like to offer some clarity on the situation that occurred during your visit two years ago at our practice.<br><br>We do have a courtesy sign in our bathroom asking individuals to lower the toilet seat after use. When one of our team members overheard that you were questioning this practice, they simply inquired about the reasoning behind wanting to leave the seat up. As a curtesy to all patrons and a safety measure for our geriatric patients, we have that request.<br><br>Our goal is to provide a welcoming and safe environment for all our visitors. We regret that your experience fell short of this standard, and we are taking steps to ensure such miscommunications do not occur in the future.<br><br>We appreciate the feedback and have used this experience to guide our practice to deal with such misunderstandings.
